Everything was excellent. Staff members were friendly and provided significant assistance. The doctor was accommodating and made sure you didn’t leave the office feeling unresolved or neglected.

Although I booked with Dr. Otter through Zocdoc and without contacting the office, I was notified by text that I will be scheduled with the physicians assistant Salvatore Sciurba. This didn’t bother me at all, I know with the demand in healthcare now getting an MD appointment as quick as a few days is unheard of, but some people might not prefer that. Staff was awesome. Salvatore was awesome. No regrets choosing this office. Everyone made me feel comfortable and reassured any of my worries. Will definitely be going back and staying with this practice.

First off I haven’t had such a positive experience at a doctors office as I did here.
I booked the appointment with the main Dr. that appeared. I received confirmation from the site right away. The next morning I got a txt reminding me my appointment from the office. The provider name was not the same. I was first disappointment and wanted to cancel. I felt mislead. I looked up the provider & saw he had good experience. So I kept it.
The office. So clean. So friendly. Such an easy simple sign in new patient digital forms.
I waited 15 minutes.
The provider was amazing. Friendly. Caring. Listener. Did not rush. Was through. Explained all details.
I’m so glad I came. I just hope this place stays open as sometimes providers move on.
Todays healthcare where big companies own offices and don’t retain good providers.
I had to travel 45 mins. I’d do it again.
So glad I did not cancel.
Never had such an amazing experience with all staff.
