Dr. Sharma and her staff are friendly and welcoming. She takes the time to explain options, procedures and is respectful of personal decisions. Using ZocDoc makes things so much easier to check in as well. The front desk has all your info ready and they have even checked billing ahead of the appointment so there's no waiting on paperwork.

Nice, cozy facility. Did not have to wait long because I had already submitted my information through zocdoc and they were ready with the printouts. I just signed them and I was taken inside by the nurse. She was very friendly and after initial checkup the doctor came in within 5 minutes. Got all my concerns answered and next appointment was suggested for my procedure.
Overall an excellent experience.

I was about two minutes late since I got lost in all of the other buildings, but had to wait almost 1 hour before I was called in. I had also filled in all the forms ahead of time and submitted online. So not sure why I had to wait.
The office was clean and didn't smell, but the actual other patients in the waiting room had an awful combined smell that I practically had to hold my nose the entire time. Unfortunate, since I think it still reflects on the environment.
The receptionist was not friendly at all the in beginning. I asked if I could get a copy of the forms I'm signing and she said "no". I had to ask the nurse if I could get the copies. She eased up later, but it was then like she was trying too hard after not giving a good first impression.
I read reviews about Dr. Sharma being really great and having a good bedside manner. She was nice enough, but I didn't feel very comfortable with her. I didn't feel she cared and there was no warmth from her. I had asked her a question and she was surprised that I hadn't looked it up on the internet. That seemed really odd to me.

Do not go here if you are pregnant and care about your child. This doctor examined me plenty times and did not know that I had an incomplex cervix. The staff is very rude and unprofessional! I transferred to Stanford hospital and her staff lost all my paper work and kept telling me to come back. Mind you I’m supposed to be on bed rest. All she wants is your money. Do not go here

Dr sharma delivered my baby and was with me every step of the way during my pregnancy. She sometimes gets delayed at the hospital which then delays her appointments. I don't mind because she is commited to all her patients and I understand delays resulting from said commitments.
