The office staff was very friendly and professional and I was called in right away. Dr. Francisco was very pleasant and she seemed concerned about my healthcare needs and I felt very comfortable with her. I was a new patient as well. Great first visit.

comfortable because she is a woman and it was an injury on my breast from a fall. She was nice and very honest. She could not really meet my needs I was going to get a flu shot but was not feeling well. She sent me down stairs to get an x-ray and I waited over 2 hours :( Also she only is there 2 to 3 times a week and appoitments take a long time to get. She was very nice..just not what I need.
