Dr. Mahmud was great, but she left this practice and pretty much everyone else in the office has been non-responsive. If I call, I've been on hold for over 7 minutes. If I leave a message, no reply. If I email through the "contact us" section of their website, no response either. I would have considered continuing to go here and see another doctor, but at this point, I'm too frustrated to want to go back there ever again.

Pamela Mahmud, M.D. attended the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA with a major in Biology. She went on to medical school at Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She completed her residency training at St Joseph's Regional Medical Center/Mt Sinai School of Medicine in Clifton, NJ in the Family Medicine Program in 2008. She is a board certified physician through the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Mahmud has worked in both urgent care and private practice settings in the New York City area for five years before joining Medical Office of Manhattan in 2013.
Our office is equipped with a top staff and newest technology to diagnose and manage most all medical conditions. We are compassionate and pride ourselves with making our patients trust that they have left there medical care in the best hands.
Dr. Mahmud is a native New Yorker and is passionate about traveling the world to experience and learn about different cultures, She has traveled through Thailand, the Mediterranean and has hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Peru. She is fluent in three languages and is currently in the process of learning two additional ones.
