I’m confused about some of the reviews saying that her bedside manner was poor. Are you people expecting her to ask you out for coffee? Like what do you want?
I had a wonderful experience. The appointment was quick, which I want from a gyno. The less time I spend with my legs spread in stirrups, the better. She answered all of my questions, gave me good advice, and even made small talk about my husband and local restaurants in town.
This was my first visit. I am hoping to have a baby soon and plan to use her as my doctor.

Honestly, I had a lot of questions and she rushed everything. I’ve seen her more than three times now for the past three years and it’s always the same. She rushes everything and it’s quick to leave without asking you if you have any questions or concerns.

My experience at this practice left me feeling like a burden and an inconvenience to the office. This was my first gynecology appointment and as a victim of sexual assault i was reasonably nervous, but yet also looking forward to my visit as i had a list of questions in my phone that i had been meaning to ask.
Upon entering the exam room Dr Schultz seemed very rushed. Initially not rude, but rushed. When trying to explain to her what my visit was for she seemed uninterested and when I informed her it was my first time being at the gynecologist I saw her roll her eyes. The exam was quick. I work at a gynecologist myself so i knew what to expect. After realizing my insurance was put in the system incorrectly and having to repeat the exam again with the correct specimen tube, she asked if i needed any birth control refills to which i said no. She then said i would be called with the results and quickly exited the room. I also noticed how my depression screening wasn’t reviewed despite my score being so high -- again, another concern of mine i had hoped to discuss.
After calling my mother and being brought to tears out of frustration and disappointment, I had the office manager speak to me. I explained how i felt as best as i could but the look on her face already told me she wasn’t taking me seriously. she left to go get the doctor again (with no apology towards me i might add).
upon returning Dr Schultz explained what had just happened during the “visit” in detail as if i couldn’t comprehend myself while also inferring it was my job to bring up any questions i had, as if i had time to before she stormed out the room. During the second visit, I flipped through my phone for questions, but at that point i was already let down and didn’t put much effort into explaining my concerns. Overall i just felt neglected and uncared for and if i wasn’t more optimistic and health conscious i would definitely be opposed to returning to another gynecologist. I hope my review is taken into consideration, as going to the gynecologist should be a safe and calm experience; the exact reason i got into the field myself.

The receptionists were friendly, sweet, and helpful. The waiting time wasn't long at all and when I saw Dr. Schultz, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the questions I asked her. I came in for my annual and it was quick. Definitely will be going back!

This was my second visit with her. I was very pleasantly surprised the first time I saw her. I didn't want to do all the preliminaries again that I had established with my old Dr. I had mistakenly scheduled an appointment with her instead of my usual Dr. I then respectfully ask for my Dr. but she was very busy and I couldn't see her. I reluctantly saw Dr Schultz. She was very pleasant and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease, so much so that I deliberately scheduled this appointment with her. She was just as wonderful as the first time.
