The video appointment mechanism doesn't seem to work and they don't answer their phone consistently. I filled out information on Zocdoc only to receive another link to fill out the same information which I received at my appointment time. The video appointment link doesn't get generated until the form is filled and didn't send properly so I needed to call 3x to get it resolved. Then I booked a follow up and couldn't get anyone on the phone so that appointment never happened. Very frustrating to deal with COVID and this.
