“Upon entering, you notice how clean the place is. The receptionist was extremely friendly. The nurse was very attentive while I explained my issue. When Dr. Blair came in, she was very kind and friendly. She listened to me and explained thoroughly my treatment plan. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. If I ever need Urgent Care again, I will definitely return to this office.”

My wait time was short. My 3rd time coming but the dr. Never even does anything. I usually go in with pain and back out with same issue. They just ask what im here for and they can't help resolve the issue or they seem unsure of what advice to tell me at the time. I only go here because it's close to my community.

I went in to get a blood test done to find out my hCG level, and I guess they didn’t want to work that day. First, they called me to let me know they didn’t have any pregnancy tests. I was like, okay fine, I just want to get my blood work done, and they said fine, come in. When I got there, they said all the blood work takes more than 5 days, and that all the urgent care works with the same lab which is a lie. Because I went to another urgent care and got my results the next day. From now on, I will not go to this urgent care. If they don’t want to work, they shouldn't be working in a medical facility.

Everything was great here until the end of my appointment, the front lady told me she didn’t realize I had to pay out of pocket. On the app it said my insurance was taken at this place but it’s when I want to leave it’s a different tune. Other than that the staff were great and attentive. I would come again.

In-take was a seamless process. Receptionist was welcoming and insightful. The wait to see a medical examiner was less than 10 minutes after the in-take. Nurse practitioner took the necessary information before being seen. The medical practitioner was understanding of concerns and provided medical support and insight. Overall, a pleasant experience.
The only disclaimer is that if you don’t have health coverage you are required to pay a $150 in take fee. Which I had to pay due to my insurance lapsing.

If you have a morning appointment or even walk-in when they first open, be prepared to wait for at least an hour for the front desk representative to get there. The doors will be open but it seems to be a reoccurring thing so everyone knows to just sit and wait.

Doctor told me it was a virus from China that was unknown because it’s an election year & didn’t even test me for the flu. Went to a different urgent care immediately after & tested positive for Flu B, unreal.
