I went in with a very long list of injuries and took an ACE evaluation. My records were not released to me that day. I was told they would be released that night as the doctor was "too busy". I was provided with a referral that is poorly typed. There is no visit summary, no copy of my concussion evaluation, or any of the conditions mentioned. Now I have to request medical records on my own because the doctor is "too busy" to release my records so that I can properly go to PT and not have to rely on a poorly constructed letter. Considering my insurance was billed for this I find it to be ridiculous that I have to go to department of health to attempt to have my records released instead of just getting them in a timely manner. Unacceptable
