I had such a traumatic experience at yesterday’s visit. After giving Dr Lloyd several attempts, I will never return to her office! Firstly, the waiting time is always at least an hour before being seen merely by the nurse for vitals. The nurse, from yesterday’s visit, was completely unprofessional, as she complained about not wanting to work at the office and proceeded to tell me that Dr Lloyd was awful to work for, but that she keeps returning for the “raise”. She flaunted her tardiness to work just to get even with Dr Lloyd for not receiving her paychecks on time. Her behavior was beyond inappropriate! When I kindly, and firmly, asked her not to tell me anything about my weight - for my own sanity as a woman recovering from an eating disorder - she proceeded to ask me if I was sure I didn’t want to know the number because I had “gained a significant amount of weight from two months prior”. When I finally saw Dr Lloyd, another half hour later, and discussed what had just happened, she offered no apology for her nurse’s behavior and as usual, she was cold and curt in her bedside manner. The office does not validate parking, the medical equipment is outdated and it’s honestly quite shocking that her practice is still up and running.
She didn't pay attention to my concerns at all. Treated me like a junkie.
I thought the doctor was professional but seemed a bit rushed. EVERYTHING in the office was outdated. They charged $3.00 to run your credit card... it's 2017. I was advised to write a check...who even writes those anymore. They didn't have the sterile cups for urine samples. The office provided a paper cup with a snap on lid. I would prefer a more modern office.
I like the doctor, although she asks some strange questions that I wouldn't think are relevant. I was scheduled for a physical despite requesting a problem appointment. Moreover, I do not like her staff or policies very much. The assistant/nurse that called me to ask me to come in re: blood test results was very brusque and does not have a good bedside manner. They were not allowed to give me test results over the phone, so I had to pay a copay and parking fee and accrue a LOT of anxiety to simply learn I had a mild vitamin deficiency. They also called around 7:30 am which is inappropriately early. It is also true that their office is very outdated - I saw many a dot matrix printer, which is not always reassuring.
Initially I thought was a good fit for me, however I realized she were interested in billing more than my health so for the past six months I've been to 11 appointments in which only 3 were necessary or better yet within reason. In the face of having adverse reaction to a particular medicine she even recommended I continue use even though I'd been to the emergency room three times because of reactions to it. Once I'd finally had enough and realized this was a bust, I informed I may not be back I wanted to consult with someone else her staff made an appointment at her request anyway, although I said I would not be coming back, just to give me a call to let me know I we're charged $135 cancellation fee, reported it to Zocdoc although I'd seen her 10 more times after the original appointment I set on the site, to attempt to lock me out of Zocdoc in my hopes to find another physician. Furthermore I'm now having to go through the site in order to receive medical record to move forward with a new physician. A nightmare and the staff is not very knowledgeable not allot of experience with the staff at all very slow , an hour plus wait times to see the doctor for appointments, office also needs to be brought into the 2000's that wasn't the major issue for me, I just want a doctor's that really had my best interest in mind when dealing with me not just wants to constantly bill my insurance .
I really liked the staff at Dr. Lloyds office. Everyone was very friendly. I fear that they may schedule too many patients at once which causes excessive wait times. My appointment was at 8, I was there at 745 and I didn't see the Dr until 915. Dr. Lloyd spent a good amount of time with me getting to know me and my history, which I really appreciated.
Completely outdated and rude. They "lost" my blood and asked me to come back in for more. But they left a message saying "something was wrong with my labs" when it was a mistake on their part. Her office looks like its out of an 80s horror film. She will not allow you to have anyone in the room with you including your spouse. Nurses are jokes and gossip more about their personal lives than anything else.
- Hour and a half wait - Redundant paperwork from 2002 - Old and unclean facilities - Old medical equipment - Dr. asked a Long list of strange questions - Dr. interrupted me when I answered - Dr. did not make eye contact or feel welcoming - All patients in waiting room were complaining of outrageous wait times - Staff did not have a professional manner
I think Dr. Lloyd is great; however, the office needs a little update. They are still using older equipment for blood pressure and weight which dates them a little. Location isn't as convenient as I would like and they do not validate parking.
She was very personable , and easy to talk to.
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I'm very unhappy with the way I've been treated here regarding rescheduling appointments. I couldn't make a couple of appointments, rescheduled, and they gave me merciless fees for missing the appointments anyway. One due to traffic making me too late to go and still make it to work, you know like a human, and the other because there was a TORNADO, but whatever. They refused to waive them. I have always called the moment I know I'm not going to make it and I have always rescheduled. I realize they have a business to run, but I'm also human and I might miss a couple of appointments every THREE YEARS or so. I can't afford to risk $200 in rescheduling fees when making appointments here anymore. I'm not continuing service. I had high hopes, putting up with extra appointments to correct medical errors and weird hours, only to be severely disappointed with the lack of compassion they have shown me. For all interested, more reasons include: You have to pay to park for the appointment, they only take patients a couple of days a week and basically morning hours only, and appointments are rushed.
Highly disatisfied with the service i revieved here. Appointment was at 9 am wasnt seen till 11am only to sit and wait in a room for another 35 mins to be seen 2 mins by the DR. Literally 2 mins and her nurse took 6 tries to draw blood (i have great veins and never had issue with drawing blood) they sent me down to the lab and they told me NEVER to let dr lloyd draw blood ftom me always ask to be sent to them because she has her STUDENTS!!! take blood from people which i didnt agree on having a student do anything to me. Also feel like they are miney hungry people dont have the patient at heart just a quick buck.
My first visit was around 5-25-2016, My visit was short accurate and polite. I had scam and intergestin from eating chives (a latin-English vegetable) Chines use for onion like taste. She gave me her concerns in regards to cholesterol. So from that day on I monitor my eating habits.
She is not a warm doctor, not great bedside manner. I think she also did unnecessary tests that cost me a lot of money even with insurance. She is also not kind to her staff, and that was not pleasant to witness. Not to mention having to wait an hour and half just to be seen for 5 minutes by her.
She's old school. The technology is from the 80's, the people drawing your blood are timid and inexperienced and there seems to be a lack of communication between front staff and doctor. Also, really long wait times, but again I'm self-employed so this is probably the best insurance can provide. Dr. Lloyd herself is sympathetic, knowledgeable, and straight to the point but the office leaves a lot to be desired.
She was not very personable. She came in and asked her questions and that was it.
Dr. Lloyd is great dr. She really cares about her patients, and is very thorough. Lisa os amazing too shes like super woman ;)
I waited for an hour and a half to see the doctor and she did not apologize for her tardiness. the office was dirty and did not have a patients table to sit on. Will not be returning. The receptionist told me I would be charged for a missed appointment unless I cancelled the appointment on zocdoc. Unfortunately, since it it past my appointment time I am unable.
I loved the people who worked at this office although the office itself is a little outdated and not the most tidy of places. But the Dr. Lloyd and her staff are caring and to the point.
Very weird experience indeed. Office was kind of hard to find. Extremely outdated. Computers and machines from 2001 probably. Lots of repeated paperwork (that was already filled out on ZocDoc). I went in for annual physical + blood tests. I was seen for something completely differently. She told me to come back for physical another time. Most of the check up she spent asking irrelevant questions (ex: when did you receive your citizenship, which she wrote down on a piece of paper)? Don't think I'll be returning.
Dr. Lloyd was nice and very thorough. She expects a lot from her patients.
Dr. Lloyd and her staff were excellent caregivers. She was extremely thorough and personable and I was very satisfied with her treatment. Highly recommended.
I was a little upset because I got a call from the doctors office about a prevention appointment and I scheduled the appointment on Zocdoc just to get to the appointment, and they didn't know why I was there. Then once I told them, they said next time I need to call even though it's more convenient for me to schedule online. I was told to tell them that I am allergic to latex when I come in and I think that both types of exam gloves should be readily available or my chart should be looked at because it was in there. I was very disappointed in this visit.
She's always very friendly but extremely direct. She will schedule frequent office visits. Regardless of the reason for visit you will see her at least 4 times for follow-up. The office is a little dated and the office staff are a little rough around the edges but overall Dr. Lloyd is thorough.
Everyone who work in that office have such a nasty attitude
She is a great doctor she is very friendly and has great staffing. She makes sure that you have everything that you need and she has the most friendly bedside manner ever.
The office was really busy today. My appointment was at 10, I was seen at 11:30. But, the staff was very nice.
HORRIBLE! Came in for my annual pap exam and I could not receive that on my first visit and they made me come back in and she does not discuss the test that will be ran. I believe this is a rip off on insurance.
Dr. Patricia A. Lloyd is an excellent doctor. The only thing that I would advise her on is to SLOW DOWN and LISTEN to patients. She has to tendency to talk over you and she doesn't allow you to speak. Other than that she a great doctor.
I thought I was coming in for preventative and I was charged an office visit. I was a little disappointed about the charge.
She was direct and to the point. However, she did not rush me and I liked that. She did a lot of testing and I did not have to ask. She seems to be thorough.
I thought that the Dr. was very thorough. She was very easy to talk to and I loved her office staff especially the M.A. that took my vitals, she was very sweet. I would highly recommend her, I was pleasantly surprised at everything the clinic has to offer.
Well organized, professional crevice. Kind and attentive Doctor Lloyd. All my questions were answered and I have got my prescription right away.
Dr. Lloyd and her staff had excellent bedside manners. Dr. Lloyd had multiple question that made me have to dig up from my past (in a good way). She filled all of my RX from my previous Doctor. I would refer to others.
I've been going to Dr Lloyd for at least a year now and I kinda feel bad that I haven't gotten around to giving her a review yet. I've hopped around forever looking for the right dr and it's such a relief that I found her. I just love her. I love the whole staff. Dr Lloyd is thorough and she is willing to help you with anything she can. She even gave me advice on buying a new car today. It's not like going to a turn and burn type of dr that gets agitated and starts to fidget if you have a question because they have too many patients and not enough time for any of them. She asks me questions, listens without making me feel judged, and gets to know me as an individual. Getting to know the little details about me means she can make more intuitive conclusions on ailments that have puzzled and frustrated many other doctors before her. Even when I'm just going for my prescription refills she gives me a breif checkup to see that there's nothing new she needs to address, checks my vitals, and does blood work. When it's time for a physical she checks with the insurance company to be sure she's getting you anything the insurance will cover. She's quick to! She thinks fast and seems to effortlessly think of everything and then just as quickly she gets it done. Best Dr ever!
Called me at 7am before my 10am appointment and asked if I could come in at 8 instead. Found it odd, but I was fine going earlier. After initial paperwork, was taken back fairly quickly. Never had to wait too long, despite a good number of patients this morning. She did not seem rushed, but she was quick and efficient. Glad I agreed to go earlier, as she referred me to outpatient radiology for a chest xray, which involved a much longer wait.
I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Lloyd, but I was more impressed with the young Medical Assistant that she hired. I look forward to many more visits in the near future.
Quick and to the point. she had a great attitude on my first health checkup and blood test with her. I was redirected for my main problem which is understandable.
th office is so small and out dated. I felt very uncomfortable in their
Horrible. I waited for a long time and she saw me for five minutes. I got nothing done and had to return on another day. The facilities are very old and the people aren't very nice either. Would not recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time here.
She is lovely and kind she listening to you and .She is very concerned about your health and I would recommend her to anyone she is a good doctor she cares about her parents.her staff's is really helpful and very helpful and very respectful. Please see her you will love her.
I loved Dr. Lloyd's office. Everyone was very professional and sweet, and Dr. Lloyd was very kind.
She's terrible. You wait FOREVER and then she asks you a MILLION questions. She made me feel really uncomfortable. Plus, she charges an insane cancellation fee if you try to cancel a follow-up appointment that she pressured you into making in the first place! I told her I wasn't going to pay it and that I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I've been to this office 3 times over the past week. Every visit has taken 2-2.5hrs. Everything that I have had done could have been completed in one visit. Huge waste of my time. The nurse shredded my arm when taking blood so im left with heavy bruising. The office is old and outdated but i realize this has a lot to do with the actual hospital itself. The office manager is constantly complaining about how far behind they are yet they still haven't figured out that maybe they should schedule fewer patients for the day if they can't handle the workload. I will not be returning.
I feel comfortable and encouraged that Dr. Lloyd will do a great job in helping me get my health problems straightened out.
I was nervous and scared. They made me feel at home.
It's standard practice that doctors charge your insurance inflated fees for services, but even I feel ripped off despite insurance covering my yearly exams. She crams as many people in as possible and the nurses do almost all of the work. I had 2 appointments (Wed and Fri) because she can't do annual physical AND annual pap in the same visit. Strike 1. The nurses were very nice. Dr. Lloyd barrages you with questions, fills out the forms and leaves. There was no time to ask her questions or really describe any symptoms. I had bloodwork done during my first visit. On my second, I was told that consider "No news good news." and to call back in a week if I really wanted to discuss it in detail. She also booked me for a follow-up. I asked why, is there a problem with my bloodwork. The nurse double-checked with the doctor, who said there was no need for the follow-up and I assumed it was cancelled. I got a call reminding me of this appointment 4 days later. I told that nurse that the appointment should have been cancelled and she said okay, sorry, and I thought it was handled. 1.5 weeks later, I receive a bill for this missed appointment that is barely readable because their ink cartridge needs replacing. A bill for an appointment that never should have been made in the first place. You should never be made to feel like you can't trust your doctor, but I had two exams and no one has told me if I need to watch my cholesterol or if I'm prehypertensive or what my blood sugar is like or any of the things that your annual physical should establish. "No news is good news" might be acceptable for a public health dept or planned parenthood, but not for a private practicing physician. I would NEVER return here and strongly suggest anyone considering this place find a different doctor.
I've seen Dr. Lloyd twice over the past month. The most recent was the most disappointing, although they both left much to be desired. I went to Dr. Lloyd in a lot of pain and she did a few tests with little-to-no feedback or explanation of what or why she was testing. I didn't get results until 3 days later, by which time I had already gone to Urgent Care and received a diagnosis and prescription in under an hour. Not only that, but she would not talk to me or tell me my diagnosis over the phone and required me to come back in in TWO WEEKS for a prescription. I would not have made it 2 more weeks with the pain I was in. Any time I have tried to call the office, it has been busy signal with no voicemail. Also, FYI, they don't actually use your ZocDoc information, so don't bother doing check in paperwork early. Very disappointed. Hoping not to have to go back.
Dr. Lloyd became upset and rude with me after I stopped our appointment to let her know that she had me down for test I did not request. She then stated that I had wasted her time as she walked out forcefully closing the door. I would never recommend any family or friend to this practice. Yes I am a Medicaid recipient but I refuse to let you rack up a bill at my expense.
Very pleasant and helpful. Takes time with her patients.
Loved the hours
Courteous and professional staff. Clean waiting room. Dr. Lloyd pays close attention to detail, has great knowledge of her field, and gives excellent care to me as a patient. My only regret is that I didn't know about her 15 years ago. She is a wonderful doctor and she is direct about my care. I recommend her to family and friends.
She was absolutely terrible. I was scheduled for a PapSmear and BC appt. Apparently, her office manager wasn't aware that she wasn't willing to do both. I made it clear that my primary objective was birth control. She flat out Refused and stormed out the room in a huff. Telling the office manager to "deal with me". I was not rude nor did I raise my voice. She was just an overworked angry doctor. I will never be back. 100% terrible experience.
Didn't have a great experience here. Did not think the office was especially clean or well-maintained. Dr. Lloyd was not helpful or friendly and didn't make me feel at ease. The front desk staff was nice enough but I waited FOREVER here. Scheduled an appointment for 8 or 8:30 before work and didn't even get called back from the waiting room until about 10. Also, they've been extremely unaccommodating with getting my prescriptions refilled. It's their policy not to call in any prescription refills, so they tried to get me to come back in for another appointment well before I'm due for a check-up. My prescriptions lapsed because of this. I'm an extremely healthy woman in my 20s...I don't need to be going in for a physical check up every three months.
Dr. Lloyd is very personable and knowledgeable. I am looking for a new Primary care physician and I believe she is perfect for me.
I wasn't too happy with Dr. Lloyd's bedside manner, so I didn't return to this office. What I don't particularly like is that I was charged for a cancelled appointment - for an appointment I didn't set. Which is curious since I don't even live in Atlanta anymore. Probably a good doctor, but bedside manner and records keeping wasn't a positive experience for me.
It was okay, But when i was telling her my problems that am currently having she was hesitant too prescribed me any medicine.
Office and receptionist very pleasant, the doctor I love she is very thorough understanding and smart I am very pleased. I highly recommend this doctor.
This practice do not care for patients, it's just an elaborate show of pointless visits designed to get more money. Awful customer service aswell
I felt rushed, I couldn't finish what I was concerned with, she rushed me in and out, was rude, cold and unprofessional, blaming her demeanor on me. I wont be back.
Very nice lady! She listens very well.
I made a appointment for my annual and to be checked for lower stomach pain. I only did paperwork and vitals and was asked to make another appointment to be seen. this practice is a place I will never return.
My visit to Dr.Lloyd was just ok. I didn't enjoy the way that she spoke to her staff. Every time I went she was scolding someone. I didn't really enjoy her bedside manner as she was very demanding and didn't really listen to me. Also, I had to wait an incredibly long time to be seen. I wold recommend getting the first appointment of the day or not going at all.
Very thorough and I felt she wa really listening to what I said.
Long wait Time the doctor was nice and pleasant!
Sweet Lady , Very Professional And Great Doctor .
I would not recommend this doctor. While she was pleasant enough during the appointment, she had me come back unnecessarily and wanted me to even schedule another unnecessary follow up appointment. She seems to just be trying to get as much business as possible out of her patients and their insurance companies, which I did not appreciate.
Extremely professional and cared about the end result not treating a symptom.
Dr. Lloyd is great. I was very comfortable talking to her, and I am never comfortable talking to a doctor.
The receptionists and nursing staff were very polite and helpful. It was a very welcoming environment. Dr. Lloyd was direct and informative. Unlike other physicians I've seen recently she had lots of questions about my life, not just physical health. She seemed to be very interested in making sure that all aspects of my life (social, professional, physical) were in good health. Glad I decided to go with her!
She was very nice and professional. I enjoyed my visit.
Front desk girl has a bad attitude. As with all doctors, they were running late. 45 minutes late!! Which caused me to miss a different appointment. This place is super antiqated and in a bad neighborhood. Never going back to this place.
Patricia was super helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that I get healthy quickly.
I do not like having to make an appointment for follow up visits regarding blood tests, it is inconvenient. I am also not pleased with her bedside mannetr which seems somewhat aggressive.
Personable yet professional and to the point!
She's very caring doctor and would recommend her to others. Her staff is very nice too, professional!!!
This was my first visit with Dr. Lloyd. I had read many positive reviews before booking the appointment, and I'm happy to report that Dr. Lloyd and her staff live up to the praise. From the moment I walked into the office until the moment I checked out and left, I was treated with friendliness, professionalism and courtesy. Dr. Lloyd demonstrates genuine concern and compassion for her patients while simultaneously delivering efficient and effective care. I have a follow up appointment booked a couple of days from now, and I'm actually looking forward to the return visit.
Great Doctor and looking forward to making primary physician. My only concern would be to add more training to Doctor's aid. The young lady could not find vein to draw blood and wiggled needle around inside the skin of my arm. I don't have a phobia with needles and I also have a high tolerance for pain, but that would have been trauma to person who does. Other than that, the doctor was GREAT.
My visit went very well. I think we are going to get along pretty well. I like her professionalism. My wait time was because of first visit. The patients wh came in sem to have very short wait time. I like.
I defiantly loved my first experience with Dr. Lloyd. She is old school and although I'm 26 years young I love an old school Dr. Always reminds me of my Grandma.
I will actually see this doctor again--I have a follow up appointment scheduled for a month from now. She is fairly direct and to the point with a dash of kindness thrown in. I would imagine her office is ran quite efficiently and things seem well organized. Her assisting nurses, particularly the one that gave me a reminder call and prepped my paperwork (she may have been more of an administrative assistant), she definitely made the experience worthwhile.
I WAS SATIFIED. SEEMS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE SEEING HER AGAIN.
The Doctor was great it was her staff my arm has a bruse where the first nurse was trying to take blood and she was moving the needle around in my arm. I had to make her stop.
Though Dr. Lloyd was very nice, the nurse pricked my arm three times before finding a vein and initially set the needle back down on the countertop after unwrapping it - not hygienic. The sheets on the bed were stained with blood, and I waited forevvvver. Definitely would not recommend to others.
Dr. Lloyd is awesome. Very helpful and attentive.
It was ok.
Dr. Lloyd was so warm and welcoming. She seems genuinely interested in your overall well-being. I'm glad I found her.
she was very attentive and nice. asked many questions about me and other areas in life such as job stress. took notes and welcomed me to the family
Seem thorough and extremely serious
Very pleased. Will continue to use her.
It was a great visit and Dr. Lloyd was very sweet & professional
I was disappointed because I scheduled an appointment for a Pap smear and I did not receive a Pap smear. I felt like I wasted my time.
Rapid-fire questions about my habits and health history. Appeared quite competent and trustworthy. Would have scored higher if she had spent a little more time responding to my concerns and examining me in the areas I had questions about. Was pretty get-in-get-out, which some people may prefer.
I did all my pre-paperwork online and when I arrived for my appt I was told I needed to do it again so they could have originals. It was a waste of time as they already had a printed copy of what I had already filled out. It was horrible!
If you can get passed the 1990's dark hardwood decor and the dated equipment, Dr. Lloyd is very welcoming and I felt like she truly wanted to get to know my health past, present and future goals. Even though I had filled out my health record, she went through it with me and asked specific questions to some of my responses to better understand my personal health. Amazingly quick Lab results and super easy to book appointments.
I had an enjoyable first time visit. Dr. Lloyd was very informative and gave fantastic advice to help me maintain my healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend this doctor to my friends.
The service was fast and friendly! Exactly what everyone wants when going to a doctor. I appreciate her calming personality. I think I found a gyne home!
I really liked Patricia Lloyd! She was very professional nd her sense of humor was good! She asked questions nd was concerned!
I enjoyed every minute of my experience at Dr. Lloyd's office, beginning with her receptionists and technician. I was treated promptly, and my concerns were handled with such kindness and mindfulness, that is often not present at larger clinics. I visited Dr. Lloyd for a general wellness exam because I am about to move cross-country; I wish I could bring her and her staff with me! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to establish a relationship with a general doctor. She is obviously well-trained, in both internal medicine and interpersonal skills.
Very thorough. Spent a long time, covered a lot of ground, scheduled a follow up to cover the rest. Only negative is that although you had sent them the information I filled out with you I had to spend time writing down the same things there, which took more time.
Very informative very nice very clean that uncommon nowadays I recommend this Dr
Great doctor and I loved my nurse. The only thing I would want them to do is really update their office. By having such an outdated office, it probably scares potential clients away. By doing simple things, getting all the same chairs, new window shades, lighter paint, could really make a change. Also, updating the equipment would never hurt so one doesn't feel like they are entering Frankenstein's lair. Basically, great staff but horrible decor.
softestest hands in Atlanta.
It was great Very nice and polite
Wait time was a little longer than expected, but Dr. Lloyd was incredibly thorough and intelligent. I did not feel rushed, and she identified the issue and created an action plan. Highly recommend.
Terrible wait time...... Doctor seemed in a rush.
Doctor is fantastic but the wait is pretty bad. Pack a snack and some water!
The office was neat service was speedy. Everyone was nice and friendly.
She was very informative, polite, and professional. I enjoyed my visit.
Her and her staff were very helpful and very friendly. I only had to wait between 30 to 60 min. because of the first time paper work.
Dr. Lloyd was very kind and knowledgable. She had many thoughtful suggestions, and I enjoyed meeting her. The issue I had with my experience was the wait. I was seen over an hour after my appointment time, and had to wait at least 30 minutes following it to see the front desk.
Dr.Lloyd has been very helpful, accurate, and caring.
Not good. Wait forever to see the doctor for 5 minutes so she can rush you out without actually getting anything done. I'd rather get everything done in 1 appt rather than scheduling follow up after follow up just to get basic things done. It is EXTREMELY inconvenient for my schedule.
She was great ! Very polite and thorough !
I have a great visted
Very friendly staff and doctor. No wait time. Overall very good experience.
This Dr. asked the most thorough questions...stuff that none of my past doctors ever mentioned. This Dr. was very helpful in answering my questions regarding my healthcare. Her office staff was very professional, very friendly and had me laughing.
As a doctor she is fine but her staff not so good. First, the place is extremely old and none of their tools are up-to-date. I heard them talking poorly about patients while I waited in the room. And the worst part was the blood-drawing. My arm is so bruised, worse than ever. First, she stuck the needle and could not find my vein and wiggled the needle to find the vein (ouch). And then when she stuck the needle into my arm I was pretty sure she would puncture through the other side (i.e. through my skin). I have two bruise areas one where the needle first went through and another one where i was sure she would puncture the other way. Overall. won't be coming back.
I felt as though I had stepped back in time 30 years when I walked into her office. Her office was dirty and looked like it could use a good cleaning crew. The equipment she uses is dated and wore out. I was very unsatisfied with her course of action to resolve my medical problem. I would NOT recommend her to anybody.
I am a new patient, therefore I had to fill out new patient forms, which accounted for my longer wait time. However, I was able to be seen the same day that I made the appointment, which is almost unheard of these days. The office staff was extremely friendly, thorough and professional. Dr. Lloyd was great! She made me feel comfortable, listened to and took care of all of my needs.
Pro: The Doctor is great and the receptionist is very inviting! Con: The doctor's office is very out dated and kind of behind on technology, she's definitely for the older patient there were very few young women in the waiting room. The nurse I had was kind of unorthodox when it came to drawing my blood I can honestly say I may have a fear of needles after her.
Great nurses, very friendly and professional. The Dr. was also very nice, and clearly explained what she was doing/thinking/planning. Seemed in a bit of a hurry, but still managed to answer 90% of my questions.
She was very interested in what I had to say! And seemed to have know what she was doing!!
Besides the wait ... She was awesome!!! Love her..
I thought Dr. Lloyd and her staff were very professional...
It was a good visit
I've been looking for a regular Doctor and will return to see Dr. Lloyd. I enjoyed her and her staff.
Very thorough. Answered all questions and made mor feel comfortable.
