My 1st time there. Experience was fine. Dr. Ceballos was pleasant & addressed my concerns. Felt a little rushed, but all in all, I hope the treatment prescribed works and will have a follow up for some procedure at the end of the month.

The best part of the visit was the front desk staff and clean facility! Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The wait time was also great. Dr. Ceballos didn’t seem too personable but was courteous and straight to the point. Overall a good experience.

It was my first time visiting. It took me a moment to find the place but they were very diligent and determined to help me find it. I ended up arriving 18 minutes late which isn’t a best practice so please do not take advantage of their kindness! They had seen me anyways and treated me with great respect. My doctor was amazing. She was delightful and addressed all my concerns which no dermatologist had ever done before. I had visited 57 West Dermatology and used their products that caused a chemical burn on my face and as soon as she reviewed my old prescriptions she was mortified. It was worth receiving a second opinion because my face felt instantly soothed after receiving topical ointment from her to address the issue. She is a firm believer in natural products and finds the most chemical free products she can use to address the issue. She reassessed all of the precious doctors claims and we found he was off by a long shot. She even went above and beyond to address an issue I hadn’t even notice. I can rave about this life changing consultation for days. She’s just amazing. Whether you are looking for a new dermatologist or need a second opinion this is the place to go. Thank you Patricia Ceballos and her amazing staff! I can’t wait for my next follow up as I’m sure there will be great progress. I can feel it already!

Dr. Ceballos is very knowledgeable and her staff is very friendly and pleasant. My husband and I have gone to her once or twice in the past. However, this time I felt that she did not lay out all of the possible options for treatment. I asked about the use of lasers to treat my condition and only then did she mention it and didn’t even refer me to the other locations and doctors within the Schweiger Derm group that offer the service. I went home and did my research and learned that they offer practically every possible derm service. This was disappointing considering that I’m seeking cosmetic treatment and am coming out of pocket. I’m glad I didn’t end up booking any other appointments with physicians located many miles from my home when I have the help I need within the Schweiger network.

Doctor was rude and appointment felt very rushed. Doctor spent the majority of the short time I spent with her telling me what medications she wanted to prescribe to me but couldn't because my insurance didn't cover it. Very disappointed with the bed side manner.
