Horrific. She identified my feelings of hopelessness as anxiety. Diagnosed me as bipolar within the first 3 minutes without me expressing any symptoms of mania or hypomania. She openly used AI THREE times to see what to prescribe me in our 17 minute meeting. She prescribed me a mood stabilizer and another antidepressant on top of my current antidepressant. She did not listen, she jumped to conclusions, said she was worried about me but did not screen for safety. I would recommend anyone other than her at this point. I will NOT be meeting with her again.

I am satisfied with online visit, scheduling and implementation was easy and on time. Ms.Giurleo is very knowledgeable in the field , she is attentive and no in a hurry during the session , the reason for an appointment was fulfilled. I will use service again if need arise.

My first appointment was weird. The only psych was googling the difference between extended and immediate release drugs right in front of me. She seemed completely unsure about what she was prescribing me.
The day before my second appointment they told me that they stopped taking my insurance but that they’d still see me.
Come my appointment, I never got a zoom link and no one was answering my phone calls or emails. When someone picked up an hour later they said they canceled my appointment due to “miscommunication”.
Just all around unprofessional behavior.

Process is very easy to make appointments with them directly, if you leave a message they get back to you very quickly.
Staff is very friendly, normally office front desk staff are not.
Provider was great, saw me on time. Able to get prescription transfer from another provider in a same day timely manner with no complications like I’ve previously experienced elsewhere. Provider is very sweet! So happy to have found them on Zocdoc. Highly recommend

Excellent experience! I’ve tried seeing a lot of different psychiatrists within the past few years and have found something annoying/frustrating about every one of them so far, or the process of connecting with them. Patricia Giurleo was totally normal to me and actually listened to what I was saying and had clear responses that cut straight to the point. Finally!
