The provider was nice but there didn’t seem to be well kept records. I have been going to Halper Family Medicine for about 17 years and they did not have any records of my visits, my history, or my vaccinations? This was concerning because the provider seemed agitated, I was able to bring up my last two years of medical forms that were filled out by the office but there didn’t seem to be record of that either. Then I was told I have to come for a follow up appointment if I want my medical forms for work filled out.

Terrible experience. Doctors walk in and out of examining rooms to grab supplies (without asking consent of the patient who is in the middle of an exam and undressed). It was very unprofessional and inappropriate. The excuse was that they were short staffed.
Then the provider came in and had a terribly aggressive and dismissive tone. It felt accusatory and was a very upsetting visit. I left in literal tears. They only care about prescribing meds and not actually listening to what patients want.

I scheduled my appt on the app, then got a call saying that appt was not available. They offered an appt at another location, which I took. The wait was over 30 minutes. I took the time to explain my concerns based on what I shared as my symptoms and what her diagnosis was, but I was informed that my comments didn't meet the criteria for a review to be posted. So I've removed the information that I thought would be helpful and while it's not inclusive, suffice to say the concerns I went for were not adequately or correctly addressed. I went to another doc at a different practice and got a completely different diagnosis which reflects my symptoms.

Epic waste of time. Spent over one hour in the office, completely in vain. I wish I knew I was going to be waiting that long. I was late for work because of their insincerity tardiness. And the worst part is all for nothing. Please use caution when booking your appt. Expect to wait over one hour. Also, don’t expect anything to happen except for the doctor to have you drugged up.
