Dr. Patricia Maeso is a thorough, compassionate ear, nose, and throat doctor with a special interest in nasal and sinus issues. Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Maeso now treats patients in the Houston area.
Offering the full breadth of ENT services from her office, Dr. Maeso applies image-guided surgery and endoscopic sinus surgery to treat her patients’ sinus issues. Procedures available in-office include office balloon sinuplasty, turbinate coblation, pillar implants, and general ENT surgical procedures.

Dr. Maeso was so nice, professional and easy to understand. Her assistant was nice, precise, I could hear her, she didn't mumble and she wasn't rude like other doctor assistants are in general (not ones at this office). So many assistants act like you know what is going on and what to expect, but I had no clue what to expect. I felt well taken care of, and that's what I want from a Doctor and an Assistant. Plus it was a real easy check-out.

I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist and the assistant that showed me to the room and took my information was very friendly and professional.
Dr. Maeso really listened to me and asked several questions before she gave professional feedback. She is very open and I felt that she spent a great deal of time with me.

The wait time was bad, but the doctor was pleasant enough. Actually none of my concerns were even answered, they simply tested my hearing and recommended hearing aids. No suggestions for the ringing in my ears at present time at all. Seems all they really wanted to do was sell hearing aids and just rushed through my appointment giving no concern to how long they kept me waiting either.

Nice Doctor. Once she got to me things went quickly. New patient arrived 45 minutes early as requested. Seen 45 minutes after appointment. So a long wait. But otherwise, staff was professional and I trusted they new what they were doing.

Patricia was nice, this review however is about the nurses and lady at checkout. They couldn't have been more rude. Got one side of my nose cauterised, gonna find another doctor for the other side instead of coming back to this clinic. My second time giving it a chance and I will never be back.

Everyone was friendly, Dr. Maeso explained the procedures as she was performing them. Explained in ways that I was able to understand. Showed concern on what she felt needed to be addressed and went over a plan as well as options to choose from. Definitely would recommend people to see her.

Dr. Maeso is a great doctor! She listens to you and provides you with options to address your medical needs. She knows what she is doing and to top it off has great bedside manner. Dr. Maeso tells it like it is and in my opinion is a rarity.

Dr. Maeso is a very knowledgable ENT. Has good expertise. Right with diagnosis. She really takes time to listen to your concern and patients appreciate that. Wait time was a little long...
The office needs to improve phone receptionists when you call to make an appointment or confirm an appt. They don't sound too happy to be there and are not very professional. Management should look at that. "A happy employee is a very productive employee" and that includes being professional and courteous with prospective patients.

DR. MAESO TAKES TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS. RIGHT ON HER DISGNOSIS. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
OFFICE PHONE RECEPTIONISTS NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU FIRST CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THEY SEEM LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE THERE. MANAGENENT NEED TO LOOK AT THIS " A HAPPY EMPLOYEE IS A PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYEE" AND THAT INCLUDES PROFESSIONALISM THERE IS NO REASON TO BE MEAN AND BRUSH UP PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS.
