Dr. Lang is very knowledgable, comforting and professional. He answered all my questions in great detail, made sure I was clear on all my options. Also his office is great, very clean, has latest technology and tools that made my visit very easy. I'm definitely going back to his office if I run into similar issues in the future.
I think he took the time to explain everything and ask if I had any questions... not rushed at all. Now we'll move to step II

I can't say enough about the absolutely top notch quality care I received from Dr. Lang. He is personable, thoughtful, efficient and an incredibly talented surgeon. At 4 months post op-my hand feels better than ever. I cannot recommend him highly enough- and would never consider seeing anyone else for a hand injury!
Great visit. Thanks Dr. Lang!!

Very impressed. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Lang made me feel like I was his top priority. He didn't speak down to me and clearly explained everything that he was doing and saw. He didn't just pop in for a few minutes and then leave the rest to his staff. He actually did everything from removing my cast to x-rays. I'm very happy I found Dr. Lang. In comparison to the orthopedic offices I've been to recently, Dr. Lang's office as a whole is far superior in every way. If you are looking for a hand or wrist specialist, I can't imagine they come any better.
Dr. Lang has been extremely helpful & patient in dealing with our son's injury. We really appreciated his phone call during off business hours to check on him and he was even willing to meet us in the office to do a follow up check up.
We had an excellent experience with Dr. Lang when my teenage son broke his thumb. He is thorough, knowledgable and took great care of my son. he is great with kids and athletes. Dr. Lang's follow up care was also excellent. We could not recommend him any more highly. Both my son and I felt that we more highly - both my son and I felt that we got the best medical care that enabled him to return to sports as soon as he was ready.
Excellent! Dr. Lang was responsive. He was available promptly by phone. He also called the evening after the surgery to check-in. He was also available on weekends.
I found Dr. Lang through a simple search of providers close to home. Dr. Lang's office was very accommodating to my schedule and got me in to see him right away. Dr. Lang was thorough and patient with my questions regarding carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Lang also fielded questions regarding bilateral carpal tunnel release surgery. When we decided surgery needed to happen and that doing both hands at once was doable his office took care of everything. Emily was great! She investigated multiple options with my Insurance company to keep my out of pocket costs to a minimum. She followed up with me quickly and was always polite and professional. The day surgery was scheduled a rain storm took out power for the entire city, canceling my surgery. Dr. Lang and his office worked with me to schedule my surgery for just a few days later. A day following surgery Dr. Lang personally called me to check on my progress. In working around holiday schedules and my travel plans, Dr. Lang made a trip to his office between surgeries for my follow-up appointment. I'm so thankful to have had the surgery done by a great doctor. My hands haven't been numb since and 2 months later completely back to normal, as if carpal tunnel never plagued my life!
I was treated by Dr. Lang at CPMC Emergency Room, when I had fallen in street and broken my right wrist. It was fortunate that Dr. Lang, a Hand Specialist, happened to be present at that time, and was able to examine my injury, as well as the x-rays that had been taken. He explained to me, and my daughter, the exact nature of the Injury, and what needed to be done to fix it. This would involve surgery, and Dr. Lanq his office schedule surgery time for the following Monday, at CPMC. Both prior to, and following surgery, Dr. Lang's concern, and attention have been exemplary; always making sure I understood what was happening, and always inquiring If I had questions. Following surgery, he called my daughter several times, to inquire about my progress. Given that surgery was on December 22nd , just two days before the Christmas holiday, I appreciated this kind of consideration. Now four weeks after surgery, and at the beginning of a series of therapy treatments, my hand/wrist is healing nicely, and is slowly returning to near normal status.
Dr. Lang is excellent. I saw four different doctors prior to finding Dr. Lang and none of them could help me with a remedy that worked. Dr. Lang was empathic, confident and had a positive solution. The process was easy and handled with great care. My hand healed amazing and looks back to normal. Thank you !
