I very much enjoy working with families, couples, and teens who are managing depression, anxiety, stress, conflict, mood shifts, life transitions, and trauma-related issues, communication struggles, just to name a few. In addition, I spend a lot of my clinical time working with men for whom therapy can feel frustrating or confusing, yet very necessary. I have a passion for working with people who are searching for meaning and purpose in their lives. From my point of view, most forms of profound psychological suffering can be alleviated through honest, empathetic reflection and awareness. Psychotherapy should be a place where the client feels accepted and understood to the core. I do not only expect the client to be honest and reflective-I expect the same from myself, allowing the process of our relationship to feel natural and also fun. I earned my Doctor of Psychology degree from William James College, which has deeply informed my approach to therapy and commitment to fostering genuine connection and growth.
