I didn't really feel heard. She didn't really give me much space to sit with, reflect on and process any emotions. Primarily gave homework in response to difficulties I brought up, rather than exploring anything beneath the surface. After giving homework she would move on quickly and ask "so what else is going on?". Seemed like she just wanted to ask for a problem, throw homework at it and then move on. Conversation didn't really flow because if I didn't have more than 5 problems to give per session we'd have nothing to talk about. Maybe she works for other people, I just didn't feel like she implemented any theories or had anything valuable really that I got from sessions.

She is inexperienced. That’s very much evident from her ability to listen and reflect back. Lack of experience and the broader understanding of approaches, ability to comfort the patients and ease their minds are extremely critical and I experienced none of this during my visit.
