As a leader in urologic care in Arizona for the past 30 years, Dr Block completed his training in New York at Downstate Medical Center and began his professional career in Phoenix in 1982.
He is a Board Certified urologist and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as a member of the American Urological Association and Western Section American Urological Association.
His practice includes extensive training in advanced surgical techniques for robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery as well as extensive experience in urologic prosthetic surgery, female urology, stone disease, BPH and erectile dysfunction.
Married with three children and five grandchildren Dr. Block offers a personal, professional and warm environment to his patients for their medical and urologic care.

This was my third appointment with the doctor. I would probably return if it wasn't for his staff. They have screwed up my prescriptions every time I have been there! I have been waiting for two days for them to call it in and still nothing! The communication between staff members is terrible! Trying to get answers or help is very difficult.

Dr. Block was amazing as always. The only thing that I don't like about that office is they don't respect the patient when he or she calls to schedule an appointment. I have been trying to schedule that appointment for more than 15 days and they always put me on hold,until I scheduled it by myself online. I hope they care more about the patients especially the girls who are there they don't act in professional way with us as patients.

Dr. Block is wonderful -- takes his time, treats patient and caregiver with respect, pleasant, relaxed and a pleasure to visit -- his staff is very professional and kind -- my mother was a patient of Dr. Block several years ago and loved him as well -- his bedside manner is great -- dispels all the negative things said about New Yorkers!
