Dr. Cortez is very thorough & patient and always has time for questions. You never feel like you are being rushed out of the office. I have never had a problem getting a same day appointment for unanticipated situations. He has even given us his cell phone number to call him on weekends/evenings in case we had questions when our son was ill.

Every time I have an appointment, staff is very pleasant & the doctors are knowledgeable. I really enjoy the presents of the staff when we come for a visit.

Dr. Cortez is always kind & thoughtful w/ the kids and me. He takes his time & we never feel rushed. He is helpful in explaining the situation when the kids are ill. We are thankful to have Dr. Cortez as our pediatrician.

It was a routine physical for both boys. Dr. Cortez answered all their questions. Very friendly & professional. Takes his time and does not hurry. Nurse & staff are very competant & friendly too. Hardly any wait time. Dr. explained weight reduction and cholesterol issues quite well and comprehensively.
