Front office staff friendly & helpful & welcoming. We had questions & were directed to the office mgr. who was thorough & attentive to our concerns. He also followed up with us as we waited for our appt time. Drs. were all professional & fully took time to explain our options; their thoughts on the process & answered all questions w/out hurrying us at the appt.
