He earned his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.
He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC and his dermatology residency at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Regan’s special interests include inflammatory skin diseases and the early detection and treatment of skin cancer. He enjoys treating patients of all ages with a variety of skin conditions.
Dr. Regan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology.
