Very clean office. Friendly staff. No wait time. The entire visit was very efficient. Dr Shabou was polite and professional. Very personable and thorough with history and background to provide the best recommendations possible during and after my visit.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a PCP.

I was treated terrible by this physician. I came in with some wrist issues from an accident I was in, and was not looked at, I was not given instructions on how to proceed, I was told there was no one they could refer me to, I was not told I needed to see an orthopedic doctor, my health conditions were ignored and not written down on my chart.
I asked for a supervisor or any sorts number and name and was not given that. I contacted this office 3 days in a row in fear that I was going to lose my job because it took him 4 extra days to get my paperwork in, even though I was informed that he was going to do it as soon as he got it.
My leave was not even put in as discussed and I’m still missing a whole work week worth of leave.
I was also incorrectly informed of HIPAA laws, that authorizing the ER I was at to send over my medical records was a violation of HIPAA. It is not.
I also informed this doctor that I had not been to a pcp in 6 years, which I feel enabled a lot of this.

Me and my kids we’re welcomed with opened arms a as a new patients. The doctor was very welcoming and informative and he made sure that he met any need that me and my kids had.
