They were extremely thorough with my treatment and really knew what they were doing. I have been to a lot of orthopedic specialists over the years and this was one of the best experiences so far.

All staff was friendly and accommodating. office was clean. I didn't wait to long, my other orthopedic appointments with other practices has been quite longer. The only downside was parking. You have to pay for parking. But the experience was worth it. Very happy with my experience.

He is a very good doctor thus be prepared to wait a while. For me getting superior medical care is certainly worth the wait.
Verified patient
Always a long wait don't make plans . A wait to be called and a wait to see the doctor and you have to pay for parking!
Although, late he was very through and spent the time to answer questions and explain all my questions for that visit.
Verified patient
It was informative pleasant efficient and the assistance to Dr. Spiegel were wonderful people and superb at their jobs
Verified patient
The long wait was necessary because surgery had taken longer than expected. Just grateful that I could see him.
Verified patient
It took a while for me to see the "actual" doctor, but the staff was very pleasant. Highly recommend.
Verified patient
Very candid & direct which isn't a bad thing he just caught me off guard a few times as a new patient.
Doctor Spiegl did great, and got me to the right people so that I could have my surgery! Thank you!

Doctor Spiegel appropriately referred me to his associate who was better suited to diagnos me.
He was great. He was very warm and assured me he would take care of my foot. Thank you :)

Very poor experience, waited an hour. My discharge paperwork said I was seen in 15 mins. (All lies) The first nurse stated I needed to see a different doctor before I left I was told the office could assist with my problem. After waiting another 15 mins enough time to not get a refund. I was advised again I needed to see a different doctor but they would call in a prescription and if the meds didn’t work look for a different doctor. A total waste of time and money.

My experience was great. The exam was thorough and satisfactory. The only thing was that I wasn't notified about was that I would be primarily seen by the PA. Dr. S. came in briefly, introduced himself, listened to her assessment and then left. Other than that; everyone was very nice and personable.
I am pleased with the care everyone exhibited at Dr. Spigels office located in Dunwoody Road Atlanta Ga. The expertise showed years of professionalism by Dr. Spigel and P.A. thank you for your understanding.

Appointment was at 2:45 and I was seen at 5:35.Doc ordered me blood tests and since 1 week I’m leaving VMs and calling the office no one bothers to return back. I am dying with severe pain with a kneecap issue and the office doesn’t even bother to call back after blood work is sent out to them . Disappointed
Dr Spiegl is awesome. I highly recommend him. The only issue was the waiting time. I waited more than 1 hour until he took care of me. At some point, I thought that I have been forgotten behind the closed doors in the patient room.

Perimeter Orthopaedics is a very efficient office! The staff is friendly and quite helpful. I appreciated Dr. Spiegls presence and demeanor. He is confident and very personable. Overall, a great experience!

Dr. S is amazing! He listened to my concerns and immediately started a plan of action. The only negatives with his office is 1) the front desk staff. The receptionist/exit scheduler isn’t the friendliest. She’s very short and borderline rude with certain patients and seems to be able to carry a full energetic conversation with others. Being the last person you see after your almost 1 hour wait to see the doctor, a “have a great day” would be nice.…but I digress. The other negative is 2) parking. Arrive early because the lot is small and finding a spot is pure luck. If you can overlook both those draw backs then I’d highly recommend anybody seeing Dr. S for their foot & ankle issues.
This doctor saw me as a new patient the day after Christmas. Many offices were closed. I appreciated the fact that I could get an appointment. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently. The doctor was kind and informative. I would recommend this doctor.
The doctor and all specialists were great, listened me carefully, I got x-ray of my leg and knee area, got bandage and crutches. Probably will go for MRI there if everything is fine with the insurance company.
The doctor I met with, his assistant Jordan, and the x-ray nurse were all amazing However while walking through the facility I felt judgment and when I walked out of my room all the nurses at the station all looked at me and started laughing which even though I pray and try not to judge nor assume I still felt as if I was being spoken about and laughed at. I felt very uncomfortable to Say the least and now wonder what all the employees that I was passed on to prior to meeting the doctor could have said about me. Needless to say I’ll be seeking another provider.
The doctor was knowledgeable

Very knowledgable and helpful. Took his time to explain everything in detail to me and answer all my questions. Was really impressed with his staff as well and how attentive everyone was. Highly recommend them!

Great Doctor!

I made my appointment with Dr. Spiegal based on the review I saw here...and he was good. He took his time to listen and didn't waste time going over other stuff as soon as I told him that I've been through physical therapy already... he sent me in for MRI immediately for the pain I've been dealing with for sometime. Recommended for sure.

I have been seeing a podiatrist for almost a year and felt like they didn't listen to me. I went to my first visit with Dr. Spiegl and I felt like he heard me as a person and not just another nameless patient. He looked at me when he talked and really listened to me. It was worth the 1 hour drive. I would recommend him.

Great surgeon with a super staff as well.
I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Spiegl. We don't have the answers we need just yet but he is willing to look a little further to decide the best course of treatment for me. Getting a little more information and more direction before making a decision is best and I like that about Dr. Spiegl.
Verified patient
He was fine but the wait was impossible!

I have seen doctors in NJ and NY for a problem with a neuroma, both wanting to do surgery. He was able to diagnose a different source for my pain, hopefully I will not have to have surgery.
Verified patient
Dr. Spiegl is very arrogant. He seems annoyed to have to talk to you at all because whatever he recommends for you is obviously the correct choice. He was, personally, in the exam room with me for less than 7 minutes but you should see what was billed to my insurance company. I knew of him through reputation, and I'm sure he's an excellent surgeon. But, he should be forbidden from being around patients until they're under anesthesia.
Very knowledgable. Really took the time to talk to me and consider my situation. Amazing nurse, Victoria. He was very thorough, got me in a more comfortable boot and also referred me to docs for clot.
Verified patient
The wait was horrendous. There was no explanation. The office was freezing cold. The magazines sucked. The PA was alright-had more bedside manner than the doctor did.
I really enjoyed my time at the office..everyone seemed happy and joyful; yet busy !! I was impressed by this doctors office..!! Always smile !!!

My visit went great. Dr. Spiegl was thorough, caring and communicative and what sometimes can be a dealbreaker - the office staff was superb! Everyone was so warm and caring, from the front office to Dr. Spiegl's assistant to the technicians. All questions were answered patiently and at no point did I feel rushed although I was the last appointment of the day.
He was short, very direct and to the point. He listened to my questions and did not rush me. I am scheduled to see him for followup next week. I feel comfortable enough to let him operate on me without getting a second opinion.
I waited for about two and a half hours for my mri Fallow up, and when i finally saw the disinterested doctor he spent about 30 seconds saying there is nothing he could do.
Took a long time to finally see Dr. Spiegl himself. I was treated very harshly in taking my xrays. The xray technician claimed that she was rushing trying to make sure I saw Dr. Spiegl because there were a lot of patients and she wanted to make sure he didn't leave. I didn't understand this being I did have an appointment with him, so why would he leave. Once I saw Dr. Spiegl he was very expedient in getting to the issue and what he needed me to do for him to give me sound medical advice for my condition.
