I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with nearly three decades of experience helping people find the right medication solutions for their mental health. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, and medication management has been at the heart of my practice ever since.
What I love about this work is getting to know you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. I consider everything that makes you unique: your physical health, other medications you're taking, and any history with substance use. If you're managing both mental health and recovery, I have extensive experience creating medication plans that support both journeys safely and effectively.
I believe in evidence-based care that's also deeply personal. Together, we'll find medications that work for your specific situation, and I'll monitor how you're doing every step of the way. If something isn't working or you're experiencing side effects, we'll adjust. Your comfort and understanding are essential to me—I want you to feel confident in your treatment plan.
My door is always open for honest conversations. Whether you're concerned about side effects, curious about how your medications work together, or wondering if there's a better option, I'm here to listen and guide you. Starting psychiatric medication for the first time can feel overwhelming, and adjusting an existing regimen can be equally challenging. I'll walk alongside you through it all.
