The diagnoses I treat are clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, life transitions, and ADHD. I am most comfortable treating conditions such as generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, and adjustment disorders, as well as providing support for individuals coping with grief, trauma, and relationship issues. My approach is adaptable to meet the unique needs of each person, helping them build resilience and achieve emotional well-being. In my sessions, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. I aim to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, encouraging open dialogue while providing gentle guidance and empathy. Working with me feels like a partnership where clients are empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace, with the goal of building greater self-awareness, healing, and lasting positive change.
