The receptionist didnt tell the Doctor about the appointment so he left the office when planned. He came all the way back from an hour away to see me at 830pm. It was not his fault for the wait and he handled it well. No other issues.
Dr. Kulik was caring, showed genuine compassion regarding my problems. He was attentive and easy to speak with. I felt more comfortable in his presence that any other Doctor I have ever visited. Pavel Kulik was so nice and made me feel super comfortable. He listened thoughtfully and asked many questions. I felt like the Doctor really cared and wanted to spend as much time as needed with me. The Doctor is a great Professional who is concerned about his patients' well being and prescribes with responsibility and his extensive knowledge about vertebral and joints health. I had terrible sciatica. I could hardly walk even one block. After the visit (after all procedures) I walked 5 blocks easily. He's the best Physician and Doctor I've ever seen. I feel lucky our paths crossed. THANK YOU DOCTOR! I would recommend this Professional Physician to anyone without the least amount of hesitation. Go see him if you need a caring competent Pain Management Specialist. You won't be sorry in any way. As a Registered Nurse I know a good Doctor when I meet one... He is the best!

The doctor was over an hour and a half late to arrive to the office; with no apology or explanation. The receptionists were cold and unfriendly, unless you spoke Russian. The doctor didn't listen to what I was saying, and I had to clarify multiple times. He didn't answer my questions and danced around them although they were valid. Questions such as "What is this shot that you're recommending? How long will the medicine be effective? Are there side effects?" I was there for insane back issues, which were still not diagnosed. I was told to take Advil, not bend or lift, purchase a special cream from the office, a belt from the office and begin physical therapy. I was then ushered to the back to take some type of nerve test that was run by a laptop and an eye mask, where you were meant to follow a green arrow. However, I couldn't wear my glasses, therefore not able to correctly see or follow an arrow, and the nurse said it was still ok. Don't go here. Terrible experience.
