I went to my appointment early at 9 I was the first one and I was in a room waiting for the orthopedic and it was almost 11 so I tell the receptionist the I am living she said wait 15 minutes more unbelievable so I left horrible experience i need to look for a new orthopedic

This was a terrible experience! I went to be treated for back pain! I found everyone there was for accident cases! A cramped and unprofessional atmosphere! I walked out after filling out numerous repetitive forms!!

I called the Doctors several times before the appointment to make sure they had everything, including calling them the day before, they said it was fine. I get there the day of my appointment and I have to do all the registration all over again because they said it too blurry. Funny the day before and week before it was fine, whats going on, then I waited so they could verify my insurance, why did I do preregistration online days before when I had to do it all over again, because they a blurry copy from Zocdoc. Funny it was all fine the day before I went there. The breaking point was a patient who jumped the line and he finished while I was still waiting to start. All the while it was one excuse after another on starting, from verifying insurance, to redoing registration, after hour and half of the nonsense I left, never saw the doctor! It was a horrible joke.

I have the proper insurance and gave them the info including my member ID # but they repeatedly told me that since I didnt actially have my plan F card i would jave to come back another time and bring the card, declining my suggestion they simply call the insurance with the ID # I supplied. (my wallet had been stolen a while back I havemt replaced everything yet) I called insurance on my own phone, explained that I needed them to tell the Office I was insured and handed the desk my own phone. They were too obsessed with the cards absence to do that themselves. the card says right on it it isnt proof of insurance. the info on it is what its all about. if I had not been this proactive the Doctor would not have seen me. I would have not come back a second time under this circumstance, I would have found some one else. ZERO stars for the front desk

Dr. Wade hit the nail on the head on the first appointment for what type of injection I needed. The wait wasnt as bad at all with what I read. very happy at this point and confident Dr Wade will get me on a pain free path.

Dr. Wade is an excellent doctor who listens and communicates with his patients to provide the best options to determine the patients plan of care. The PA is also very courteous and knowledgeable and makes sure she discusses the best options for her patients when determining the best plan of care. Overall the staff and doctors are very courteous and I would recommend to anyone looking for a doctor in his field of practice.

Dr. Wade is an amazing doctor who listens to his patients issues and makes sure the patient understands the plan of care he will use to treat the patient’s issues.
