Dr. Mir ordered a chest x-ray in October, I got the x-ray done, and followed up with his office by phone and email to make sure the x-ray would be available for this appointment. After reminding the office staff to get the x-rays, the doctor did not have them at the telemedicine appt. I was asked if I called to make sure they got them before my appt.! At what point should it not be the patient's job? I am so frustrated with doctor's offices not doing their basic job and help the patient.

I made an appointment to discuss medications and made that clear when making the appointment, checking in and with the nurse who took my vitals. When I was seen by the nurse practitioner she was nice and listened. She agreed I should see someone about my medications but then said she can’t prescribe medications so therefore I should make an appointment with a psychiatrist! That was what I thought I had done.
