I booked a last minute appointment at this office because I was feeling very unwell. I came early to the appointment to fill out paperwork, however the front desk staff was not helpful and held me back from seeing the doctor because my digital insurance card was not sending via email. My internet connection was bad in the office and the staff did not offer me any solutions and instead berated me repeatedly to re-send the email. I was physically unable to talk due to a sore throat and was visibly unwell during this process. Dr. Mirza was pleasant and to the point once I was able to see her, but the staff at this office worries more about insurance than taking care of patients. I would not recommend a friend to come here after my experience.
