Peri's interest in nutrition started with her own struggles. Before becoming an RDN, she faced many challenges with her diet, often avoiding foods simply because someone online labeled them as "bad." At one point, she was eating only 1,000 calories a day, feeling exhausted and frustrated by the lack of results. This experience left her feeling like something was wrong with her body, when in reality, she simply needed a better understanding of nutrition. This personal journey sparked her passion for nutrition, leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo. Her training and experience have equipped her to help others better understand how to fuel their bodies effectively and sustainably. Peri takes a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition, considering each individual’s unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences. She specializes in women’s health nutrition, helping them confidently navigate their nutrition challenges and build healthy, sustainable habits.
