Verified patient
He was very very thorough with my exam.

I would not recommend Dr. Charap. He did not fully listen to my concerns and did not offer to run any tests or additional measures. Additionally, he keeps his office door open during conversations with patients so I was able to fully hear and see the patient and conversation taking place prior to my visit.
The doctor cut me off as I was describing why I was visiting, and several other times as I was speaking. He was dismissive of my requests, and I didn't feel like he wanted to do anything other than get me out of his office quickly. During the visit, his phone rang, and he commented that he probably shouldn't answer it because it said "Probable Spam". I thought that he probably shouldn't answer it because he was with a patient. A few minutes later, he checked and then answered an email while I was in the middle of giving him information.
Dr. Charap was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable and confident in helping find a diagnosis for my symptoms. He had great beside manner as well
Dr. Charap was rushed and unwelcoming during my visit. He constantly cut me off while I was explaining my medical issues and conducted the entire appointment with his office door and the exam room door open, while other patients and nurses were walking by. The whole process made me very uncomfortable and I didn't get to ask many of the questions I had.
Glad I went

Very good experience.

My problem was with the doctor's admin Janice. I fully understand that COVID has us all being canceled. I also understand that medical professionals can't assure us of when they will be back in the office. That said, Janice was beyond rude, condescending and made a tough situation worse. I waited over 2 months for my appointment, and while I get the panic situation we are all in, I did not need a verbal beat-down for simply asking if I could reschedule for 1-2 months later. I was treated like I asked for her first born,
Wonderful experience
Verified patient
Great physician. This was my first time with Dr. Charap. Efficient and and very easy to talk to. The staff was also quite friendly and efficient. The only slight negative was that I had to quite a bit of paper work inspite of filling all the details on ZoxDoc. but not a big deal given that experience with the doc was great.
I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, but felt like I was being rushed by him when asked what was my problem. He took my vitals and recommended medicine to take. I just felt like because I was not an existing patient of his, he was trying to hurry through the visit, as if he was getting ready for a vacation before the holidays. I also did not like his cancellation policies. I just felt a coldness with him.
Verified patient
This was easily the most efficient doctor's visit I have ever had. My appointment started on time, the doctor was attentive and I did not feel rushed as I talked through my concern with him. I highly recommend Dr. Charap.
