Dr. Pagonis is great! He is very professional, kind and quick. He likes to get straight to the point so don't expect to sit there and talk about life. But he has been very helpful with any issue I've came to him about.
I'm so happy that he is my PCP! His office is super convenient if you live close by and appointments are extremely easy to book (use zocdoc). Thank you, doctor! :)

He is the most RUDE and UNPRFESSIONAL doctor i have ever come in contact with. He came into the room visibly bothered and when i asked questions he was condescending and impatient! And after i told him to stop being argumentative, i asked him a question and he told me that he could not do this and walked out of the room!!! A complete jerk with no manners!!

I arrived early, but ended up waiting for almost an hour to be seen. The doctor was nice, but honestly I thought he was going to do more. I was there for a routine physical and usually they check my knee with a reflex hammer and my spine and ask me more questions about my health. I felt kinda hurried. Hm, I dunno. I was hoping for a doctor who is a little more compassionate and thorough about his job.

My appointment was at 4:30 PM. I arrived a little after 4 PM, filled out the paperwork, and was in the office shortly before my appointment time. I had already put my symptoms in ZocDoc when making my appointment so he listened to me describe them in person & knew what to prescribe. Out of there in less than 10 minutes.

He was okay. He didnt introduce himself. His office is full of amarica's best doctor plaques that it looks really fake. He literally just looked at me with a light & listened to my chest and wrote me a Rx.

The office had double booked almost every appointment. The wait was absolutely ridiculous and no one ever communicated it would take as long as it did. Needless to say, the doctor was a bit rushed.

The appointment was quick and easy, he gave me an antibiotic without running any sort of test and never followed up with me. I felt a little left in the dark about what he was treating me for.. although it worked.

I was a first time client here and loved my experience! Building is very clean and modern. Dr. Pagonis was great, seemed very friendly and was quick but thorough. I was most impressed actually when he took my blood : a) because he did it and didn't make a nurse do it and b) he got the vein on the first try which never happens! I would totally recommend!

I usually don't go to the doctor when I am sick but I had the cold/flu for 2 weeks and my throat felt really weird at night. I decided to make an appointment to Dr Pagonis the next morning because he had good ratings and was in a walkable distance. That morning, I was so sick that I completely missed my alarm and when I finally did wake up, I passed out on the toilet. That really scared me since I had never blacked out before. Because of all this, I was about 15 mins late to my appointment, although I called beforehand to tell I would be late. After filling my paperwork, I got to see the doctor immediately which I was happy about. I usually wait 30mins to an hour for my regular doctor. However, the actual experience with Dr. Pagonis was not so pleasant. After describing all my symptoms, including my black out, he did not seem to care one bit, scribbling everything on a post-it. He said I might have been dehydrated but did not really give any words of encouragement to help ease my worries. Then he 'prescribed' me some Gatorade on another post-it. Im not sure if I had a bad experience because I was late but I will not be visiting him again.
