I did not feel a strong connection with the last PCP I had. I was not expecting much with this appointment, but Dr. Striegel made me feel like I was talking to a friend. He was informative and showed that he was listening to my concerns. Dr. Striegel helped direct my concerns to a solution that made me comfortable to try.

I've been seeing Dr. Striegel since December of 2017, and he's been absolutely amazing! It's been so long since I've had a doctor who's listened to all my concerns and has wanted to work through all of them. I've never run into any issues getting appointments or really had wait time issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Striegel as I was in search of a new pcp. A friend of mine and her husband see Dr. Striegel and recommended him. So glad they did! He took the time to listen to me and conduct a thorough examination as well as detailed education about shingles, which I currently have. He got me on a game plan to manage my pain from this condition as well as another course of antibiotics and a follow up. He was patient, kind, and caring. Glad my first choice for a new pcp was successful. I would definitely recommend him and this office

First, this is the second appointment where my time with the doctor was interrupted. Not only did I wait after arriving early which I understand is my prerogative, but at the office the doctor found it necessary to have a lengthy and general discussion in the hallway about asthma treatment with the nurse in the hallway who also seemed annoyed. Second upon entering the exam room, he was more worried about making a derogatory comment about my arm brace that I was using because of recent surgery, and I might add, approved two days earlier by my orthopedic surgeon. Additionally, feeling the need to give me a history lesson on a chronic disease for which he is not even treating me, but rather by an appropriate ID doctor. Dr Striegel didn't even look at the main reason for the visit--the lump on my face. He is too concerned with the bugs in the computer system they use. Finally, to top it off the prescription sent to the pharmacy was incomplete so the pharmacist had to make two calls it request a corrected/completed script and after two trips to the pharmacy and 2hours of waiting I still was not able to get any immediate assistance from him or his office because he was seeing patients--refer to my first sentence!! If he would just stay focused with the tasks at hand He could have a better following and review.
