I just moved into the area and was seeking a new primary care physician. I found Dr. Ayele through this website and scheduled my appointment the same day. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly staff who worked with me for insurance information. I use Tricare and it is sometimes difficult to find doctors and staff to work with me on the insurance. After the initial paper work I was lead to a pre-examination instantly. The service was quick and thorough and the gentleman doing the pre-screening had great bed side manners and was easy to talk with. After the pre-screen I met with Dr. Ayele minutes later, there was no awkward long wait in the room while you wait for the doctor to show up. He was very thorough and listened carefully. He asked for thorough details on any prior medical history and was very knowledgeable. He also showed genuine concern for the furthering of my treatment and offered a variety of solutions to help with treatment. All in all it was a great experience and I believe I found my new Primary Care physician.
The office staff is terrible and don't care. I was there waiting for two hours and I was so mad that by the time they were ready to see me my blood pressure was off the charts
My first time going and I will be going again. I found a new GP!
Great bedside manner! He listened carefully to my concerns, and executed a plan to work towards my full recovery and wellness.
He listened, he was attentive.

Make personable and insightful.
Dr. Ayele saw me right away. I was very ill & he took great care of me. I am fairly new to this office, (4th visit) but I have always had a good experience & am quite pleased with the care I've received.
Very nice modern office with friendly staff. Th doctor saw me right away. He was interested in my health as a whole, not just my main complaints that day. I highly recommend him.
The staff was friendly and professional, even though I arrived late. I was seen right away. Dr. Ayele has a calm manner that puts me at ease.
I liked him right away. He is personable, he listens, he didn't rush me through my appointment even though his waiting room was full of other patients & he hadn't eaten his lunch yet!! His receptionist, Helena, was sweet, very professional, made me feel comfortable immediately. All in all, I loved this office & hope I have finally found the right medical team for my needs :-)
Great doctor; will go again. Wait time was a little long; an hour past my scheduled time. But other than that it was great and quick.
