My schedule hadn't synced properly and was literally on an airplane when I'd realized the error. Upon landing, I reached out to the office and explained. I was thrilled that Dr. Eliades was able to squeeze me into his schedule even though I was about 30 minutes late.
I'd definitely recommend Dr. Eliades.

Dr. Eliades cleared my acne is under two months, and with no hormonal treatments (despite my having hormonal acne). He is so responsive to your preferences and has tremendous knowledge of alternative creams and medications that suit each individual. Love him and would recommend him to anyone!

The dermatology group has HORRIBLE customer service, it is impossible to reach any of their offices. On top of that none of my prescriptions were actually called in. When I asked why this was the office blamed me saying that I should've called both them and Duane Reade to make sure things went through.

I usually see a PA for my hormonal acne and wanted to see if my condition would improve under the guidance of actual MD. Was extremely underwhelmed this doctor, who seems really young and inexperienced. Had no feedback, provided no treatment suggestions. Shrugged at my extensive treatment history. I will definitely be going back to my dermatology PA.
