I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Fleekop. However, I wish that I had been told to not take any anti-histamines 7 days prior to my first visit. I was fully planning on getting a skin test done and took a day off of work, but I was not able to get the test because I was not given this important information.

This is the way a medical practice should be operated. Dr. Fleekop and his staff work as a team. I felt that even though there were other patients being treated at the same time, my care was focused on and given just as much of a priority as the person across the hall. Everyone's communication was clear and I left knowing my next steps in treating my issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone to be treated (well) at this practice.

The doctor had obtained my medication list prior to my visit and reviewed it with me. They scheduled a follow-up appointment before I left the office and found a day & time that worked for me. They gave me written information and instructions for the medicine I'm taking and the new prescription I was given today. And most importantly, they were extremely nice to me even though I was 15 minutes or so late for my appointment, very embarrassed and upset. Awesome!!
