“Everything went smoothly. Dr Lipoff addressed my concerns and answered my question. The procedure I was there for was done. I was in and out in 20 minutes. (I was sent papers to e-sign ahead of my appointment -- that kept the administrative time to a minimum. They still had to copy my insurance card and ID. There was metered parking probably via APP on the street; I didn't ask if there was a lot nearby.”

When I walked in unfortunately the front desk personnel did not greet me when I came in instead she proceeded to look on the computer (facing me) so I stood for a few mins before she even said hello (I wasn’t happy about that) she finally greeted me and checked me in. Another person walked into the office and was immediately greeted by that same young lady which was odd to me. So from there I was a little annoyed but thankfully the assistant that called me to the back was super nice and personable. Dr Jules was super nice as well and addressed everything I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed. With that being said I would return because of the assistant and actual doctor.”

I have been dealing with my kind of Acne for about 4 years now so I’ve experienced a few different kinds of doctors. The bedside manner is top priority to me, so I’ve learned to not take doctors personally but also those who listen to my concerns. Who allow me to speak and hear what I’ve researched and explain to me in a kind professional way how best to go about a plan. Not treating everyone the same way.

Great experience. I saw Wendy and she was great. 30 years old with acne is a tough battle but I didn’t feel uncomfortable whatsoever. She gave me info on different options and we came up with a plan based on my other medications and what made sense for me. Looking forward to going back.

Dr. Lipoff was extremely attentive and gave me the time and space I needed to ask any questions. I only came in for a skin cancer screening after a few years without a check up and he was great at looking into all of my areas of concern leaving me with (thankfully) nothing to worry about.
Office staff is great - I was seen 5 mins after arrival even though I was almost 30 minutes late!

Overall, it was very nice all around. However, for the new patient intake, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver license and the insurance card on the required online intake form. I was not comfortable uploading the sensitive documents online but was told that there was no other way.

Today was my first visit here for keloid treatment, and I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming—I was greeted right away at the reception desk. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:10 AM, and I arrived at 9:30 AM. Everything moved efficiently, and I was finished by 10:28 AM. The doctor was clear, direct, and made sure I understood everything. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.
