Dr. Zapanta was prepared. He reviewed my charts and new my history, new what my concerns were. Listen and ask probing questions. He listen to my concerns with medications and provide options for a treatment plan. I highly recommend him. The staff was also very friendly.

Did not listen to my concerns, giving me about 10 mins on a video consult. Then referred me to a specialist that told me I shouldn’t have the referral, and when reviewing some results left out key information that my GP and I had to request at least twice and still hasn’t arrived weeks later.

Very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have been to many specialists in the past 5 years and believe he may have found the proper diagnoses for what I've been suffering from. At least I have a new avenue to pursue.

Very attentive, asks countless (in a good way) questions to understand what's bothering you, and spends time with your care. You don't get the impression he has a patient waiting in the room next door. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Zapanta was the best ENT i have ever had i trust him with my life he is skilled, talented and has a wonderful bedside manner . has done several surgeries on me no regrets.my office visits are never long the staff is very courteous and treat you with respect and concern for you well being with i am sure they learned under his guidance.

During this visit, I was given the results of a test that I took 3 months prior. Despite the important results requiring critical follow-up, this office had not notified me of the results or tried to schedule a follow-up appointment or anything. When I called the office to ask the doctor to call me back and get results within a few weeks of the original test, no one called back. The only reason I got the result was coincidental because I went to the office for another reason. When I asked for the results of my test to be faxed to my primary care physician and provided the fax number, it was not sent. Very poor office operations and follow-up. Dr. Zapanta acknowledged the delay, but explained how hard it is for the office staff to know when to flag important results. He is fine as a doctor, but I don't trust the office system and operations and think it is easy to fall through the cracks. Overall, I'm disappointed with the office and have changed doctors.
