I made my appointment on Zocdoc. The office called me a couple days beforehand, saying they'd neglected to update their appointments and would I mind coming in an hour later than my Z appointment was. I said sure, I could accommodate them. When I arrived, I signed in and was asked to fill out new patient information. I said I'd already done that online on Z, but they said they have to enter the info manually anyway; so I filled out the paperwork again, and luckily I'd brought my list of current meds. Then I waited for an hour and ten minutes. This waiting room was an appointment mill, and I'd seen many come and go while I sat there. At that point I went to the desk and asked whether there'd been a mixup. Did you sign in? Uh, yes. Turns out they'd "put my paperwork aside" and I fell through the cracks. Much apology; they would get me in right away. Well, I was there and I wasn't about to go home. "Right away" was a half-hour later. The tech was aware of what went on with the front desk and she was a sweetheart, apologizing and asking if she could make me comfortable, very solicitous. The doctor then saw me pretty quickly after my pupil dilation took effect. He was rushed but professional. Would I recommend? Not by my experience there. But they really have a busy office, so I expect that all those people couldn't be wrong. Right?

It felt very hurried. My assessment of 20 20 vision was done within 30 seconds. For peri feral vision test the assistant just snapped fingers around my face.

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Wait time was minimal. All procedures were clearly explained and promptly completed.

Wait was over 2 hrs- they were short a person and had another filling in... I'm anxious about procedures and not very many things were explained to me.....they were ready to do procedures and as they came near with tools, they said "be still or you might be paralyzed"......

Did not have a good feeling throughout. Dr.'s assistant asked the same series of questions as on a form I just filled out. Long waits before being seen, and after having my eyes dilated, I waited 25 minutes to be seen again after being told it would be ten minutes.

Our visit was great. The person we saw before the doctor examined my son was very good working with children. She put him at ease and did the tough tests rather quickly. Doctor Wu was efficient and comprehensive. I would recommend this doctor based on our visit.

Went to see him since my primary Ophtamalogist takes forever to see him. Very nice doctor and staff. Have a terrible eye infection and they were very thorough. I even received sample eye drops, as well as a savings card for my prescription. Highly considering switching to him as my primary Ophtamalogist.

Everyone was very helpful and very welcoming. Prior to seeing Dr. Wu his assistant went through the preliminary procedures explaining in detail what each procedure was for, as in the vision check. She was very nice and encouraged me to ask if I had any questions.
When Dr. Wu came in he had such a pleasant and calming demeanor, putting me at ease immediately. I was there to have him check a growth on my lower eyelid and I was a little apprehensive about the examination. He could not have been nicer and answered all my questions and I was very satisfied.

He was kind, thorough and made sure to spend time answering my questions as well as responding to my concerns/symptoms. The technician completing the interview and preliminary exam was gentle and supportive, providing immediate feedback during each test to make sure I knew how things were going.
The front desk staff were friendly, professional, courteous and quick.

1st visit to a doctor who actually is concerned about the time spent by his patients. I was taken into the room for my exam within 15 minutes and was immediately tended by the nurse. When she was finished with her part of the exam, she told me that the doctor would be in within 5-10 minutes. It actual happened. what impressed me is the doctor came in my room and introduced himself to me and apologized to me for having me wait and said I'll be back in 5 minutes. Damn when was the last time that ever happened. I'm 59 years old and that has never happened to me. I will switch my whole family to this practice. the other thing that I was impressed with is the attention he and his staff gave to the elderly patients. Some were in pretty bad shape. worth the drive worth the wait. Finally found a keeper and he takes Medicaid.
