The doctor seemed very experienced as I read on net. She listened to all my concerns and she clarified certain things out of her experience and she suggested certain things for my other concerns. She did thorough body testing. I am very much satisfied with her work. Just that receptionist appeared stressed out and that’s ok to me as my main thing is to consult doctor and get things checked, which went well! They told me I had to meet nurse practitioner as the doctor was at baby delivery, I wanted to meet the doctor. So I waited for about 30 mins and she was there. So the problem was solved??

I would not recommend Dr. Ho if you have a chronic illness or are at all overweight. I have had a chronic illness that was diagnosed when I was 16, my symptoms have not changed but I gained some weight in the last few years and so she refused to treat my symptoms, instead choosing to lecture me about my weight. This is extremely inappropriate since she has no idea what my blood work looks like (I am healthy) and she knows that PCOS makes it very difficult to lose weight. I am not sure why she felt the need to do this, but it did feel like because I am overweight she decided not to treat me. I found a new doctor and would not recommend her.

Not the doctor for me. She was professional and probably very capable, but I felt my concerns were dismissed or minimized, and she didn’t ask me any followup questions. I also felt as though my sexual orientation made her uncomfortable. Next time I’ll do more research to find a doctor who I can connect with better.

They were a nice smaller owned obgyn talked a bit more and asked if I had any questions at all and made sure to cover as much as they could at my appointment. Excited to keep going during this pregnancy, they genuinely care about me and the baby's health and life and it's a relief off the bigger businesses wait time wasn't to long either. Deffinently recommend for any momma who doesn't want to feel like another small fish in the pond.

One year ago, I saw Dr. Phoebe Ho for my annual appointment. I never received my pap smear results, and when asked for a breast exam (which has ALWAYS been included in all my past appointments with other doctors), Dr. Ho said "Well your husband knows your breasts well enough to know if there is any difference - right?" I insisted they do their job, and although her and the doctor she was training said they would do the full exam, they both left without ever doing it. Now I've learned I have Breast Cancer and am dealing with that process that could have possibly been addressed much earlier. I'm only 30 years old, so it's very uncommon in women my age, but it still would have been nice to have had a doctor who actually seemed like she cared about my well being and didn't discriminate against me because I choose to not take birth control for my own health reasons.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ho, and I found her to be personable and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed during the visit, and she really listened to my concerns. The only downside was a long wait to be seen.

Actually, I got weighed, blood pressure taken, and Dr. Ho got called to a delivery. It had been 3 years since I had been there, but what do you do? I was leaving for Az. In 2 days, so I have to wait until spring. I still love her as my doctor & Kim is a very special person. I have been going there for 38 years!

This was my first time, all the staff was very informative and friendly. I was quick to get in less then a 15 minute wait. Dr. Ho listened to all the symptoms before offering a treatment and provided me with all the necessary instructions so I knew what steps to take next.

Staff wasn't friendly at all and didn't even say hello to me upon entering. I was there 20 minutes early and was seen about 15 minutes late. The nurse who saw me was very quiet and didn't introduce herself, I had to ask what her name was. My husband went in with me and nobody said hello to him even after I introduced him. Dr Phoebe came in and was cold. Didn't seem interested in me or my husband, got right down to business though it was my first time at a gynecologist and I was nervous. Then she didn't even bother doing a pap smear saying I was "too young for cancer" (like no one my age has ever gotten cancer at 23). Didn't do a breast exam. Acted like she didn't believe my symptoms and every one of them I explained to her she just blamed it on "lack of exercise or proper vegetables" though I've struggled with chronic-like fatigue forever. Finally proscribed me medicine without taking any tests, said "it doesn't matter if you are pregnant because this medicine is fine" but the label specifically said "don't take while pregnant or if you suspect you're pregnant" and gave me different dosing info than the package said. What did she say about my severe cramping? ...."take advil" lol. Hardly smiled unless belittling me for an answer I gave to a question.

Dr. Ho is a very compassionate medical professional. Very thorough and explains well. If time permits, she would visit w/ u to have a multi-faceted consultation about the changes happening in her patient's life.

Everyone is very warm and kind, for a regular exam I'm sure this would be a fine place to go. However if there is something wrong and you want to know immediately how to resolve it I don't think this is the place to go. Dr. Ho is very nice but has more of a sit and see what happens instead of a let's get to the bottom of this now take on things.
