The Staff, both Medical and Administrative were friendly, helpful, considerate and professional. ZocDoc had not transmitted my information to their office, but they accommodated me politely, and as promptly as they could.
The Doctor was excellent and really listened to me and was very personable and considerate. I felt like a person, not a dollar sign or a bother or a number.
I will definately make this my primary care doctor’s facility.
I had a very good experience, and how many people can say that after a Doctor visit?!

What stood out what that even though I was late (thanks to traffic), the office staff and the Dr. completely understood and were friendly and helpful. Dr Kretchmar took extra care to not only address the reason I was seen, but to ask me about any other issues I had and he quickly addressed those as well. I highly recommend Dr. Kretchmar and his practice.
