The capitol building is closed for a couple of weeks. So when u booked online it didn't say that ? I show up to see a sign about Saratoga building. I called they told me to come over and I appreciate that!

The only bad experience is I booked on this app. And it said Capitol ave location although when I got there it was closed with a sign to Saratoga area. I called and they accepted me. Everything else is 5star with me.

My appointment was confirmed via email less than an hour before my appointment, yet they did not have my appointment on their schedule so I had to wait over an hour to be seen because I was considered a walk-in. The doctor was great. The nurse was very nice.

The office was unable to provide service. They did not have any record of an appointment, they did not have an appropriate level of staff to assist people, and after a significant wait and several steps, simply said "our Urgent Care doctor isn't in today so we can't help"
