He seems out of it , I he multiple warts and he gave me an over the counter medication which did not remove the warts , when I asked for a referral to a dermatologist he insisted that the over the counter medication will work and to try it again. I had to go to a different doctor to get a referral. I will not be going to that office again.

So I made this appointment because i had some sort of infection going on. The doctor face timed and the call was literally less than 5 minutes’ ! I told him im breastfeeding and i need something thats safe for my baby. As soon as I said that, he said “oh my God”. I was like ????? Anyways, he prescribed 2 medicine for me that were totally bad for breastfeeding. My poor baby was having diarrhea and nausea. So I googled the medicine and it came out that they arent safe for breastfeeding mamas. Im so glad i stopped taking this med. so i called the office the next day, the front office was so rude and she hung up the call on me. Tried calling 3 times after that, she recognized my number and didnt pick up. Had to call from an unknown number. Left a message for the doctor. Receptionist said doctor have visits till 5 pm, (which was a lie, i saw on this app that he had available appointments from 3 pm) anyways i left the message, but i knew not getting a call back. So I made another appointment’! Thanks to Tricare for covering these visits, the appointment was at 415 and he called me at 450! I asked him to change the antibiotics and he did, but when i went to the pharmacy and picked it up, the pharmacist said if you are breastfeeding you should pump and dump. So here we go again, back to the square 1. Do not recommend this doctor and this office. Im so goad that my baby is okay, but this was a nightmare.

I thought the doctor was great. my only issues is I wish they would actually listen to the client when it comes to medications that you have been on before and worked well for you. I personally am not fond of trying a bunch of different medications and then they don't work either as well or not at all. Other then that, the experience was good

Check in was quick and easy. I was able to make a same day appointment. The office called me to confirm appt and to inform me the registration forms were both emailed and texted to me (which took 2 mins to fill out). Staff and Doctor were friendly and compassionate. Extremely little wait time. I dread any type of doctor visits but this was a positive experience overall.

The doctor was nice. However, they had me take an X-ray for something and never called me back with the results. They had my results for a whole month and still never contacted me to let me know. Also, once they had the results, I never had the chance to speak to the doctor. They had the front desk call me and tell me I was fine. Considering what I went in for, it would’ve been nice for the doctor to call me back and answer a few questions I had.

Scheduling was not handled well. I did not hear from Dr. until 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. The doctor was very nice. He told me that I needed to see a specialist and gave me a verbal referral when I asked for one. He also wrote an Rx for what I needed to tie me over until I could get an appointment. Very nice guy!

He wasn't very nice or helpful at all. I'm still waiting on my main prescription bc he said he had wait get medical records. Well, he has had them now four days and I have called and called asking when he will call my script in but still has not. I will not have another appt w him unless I just absolutely can't get one anywhere else.

I am new to Virginia and had a great. deal of trouble identifying a primary care physician who accepted my Medicare Advantage Plan The local community service board referred me to Zocdoc. I found it easy to identify a doctor who met my criteria and he had telemedicine appointments available.
His staff sent me paperwork in advance and confirmed my insurance coverage. The appointment began on time via an easy-to-use confidential video medical program, the doctor was attentive, asked many questions, and was able to solve my problem immediately. I will consult with him in the future.

Great doctor. I’ve seen him twice now virtually to get prescriptions refilled since my old office will no longer fill them. He listens to what you need and does his best to help you. Love that you can typically get in for next day appointmen. I would recommend calling the office around your virtual appointment time because they never seem to call me first. Expect the actual appointment to take place 30-60 mins after the scheduled appointment time.

I feel like the doctor was just talking really shallow on what’s going on. Besides that he also suggested if my pain doesn’t go away to get a xray the next time, even though he literally told me moments before that it’s a skeletal muscle thing…last time I heard xrays aren’t really for muscle issues. Besides he probably would have made a xray today if their xray machine would have been set up.
He also seemed to look for cash grabs, what can he do to make me pay more money.
All in all I would not go back there because all he told me is something I knew before and he didn’t explain anything.
Would give 0/5 for the doctor, but I guess the staff can have a star for being nice!
