I was not seen by an actual doctor (unclear if there was one onsite). The PA that I saw must have said "I don't know" at least 5 times and said they were not sure about my case and to go to the ER even though it wasn't an actual emergency (otherwise I would have gone there first).

The location, ease of booking on line and the appointment were perfect! There was no wait time. The staff was professional and efficient. The offices were clean and quiet. The care was exquisite!

The office was a little short-staffed the day we went so the wait was longer than usual. But we had fantastic staff that took the time to assist my mother. Her ear was clogged with wax and it took some time to dislodge and remove it and the care providers were absolutely. I would definitely come back to this specific office. Very grateful for the wonderful care.
