A NP other than the Dr. I booked took the appointment. Had my appointment in the morning and almost 24 hours later and my prescription has still not been sent to the pharmacy. I called to follow up and I am not being treated with any urgency. Shouldn’t have taken the appointment if you’re too busy to actually provide the care promised.
