This is a very easy answer for me- I wish everyone, could have a doctor like Dr. Pierrette Lenoir. I have seen doctors in three different countries in the course of my life. Not one of the doctors I saw, match her bedside manner, her compassion, her desire to do well by her patient. It was my first visit to Dr. Lenoir and I feel so fortunate to have found her. What could be more important than one's loved ones, then one's doctor. I was also very impressed with her staff. She has a well trained, welcoming, efficient group of people working for her. The waiting room is nice, lots of magazine to read while waiting to see Dr. Lenior. Again, I feel just so glad that Dr. Lenior is in my life. I just wish that my children (grown) could also have her for their doctor - Dr. Lenior, is just amazing and I left the office the day I saw her ,feeling so happy and secure.
I knew I had found a terrific doctor.

My visit to Dr. Lenoir was not at all what I expected. ZocDoc should know that despite my booking for an annual physical exam and having confirmation for a physical exam, I instead experienced another round of intake and was told I needed to book another appointment for a few weeks later to have an actual physical exam. Needless to say, I was surprised and frustrated. I had already waited a month and then through a cancelled appointment to see her (since she was the best of the lot in my network and in Oakland). Though I made an appointment for next week, I am extremely frustrated. I'm not sure if this is a routine thing with their office, but ZocDoc should know that I was told this is common.

Dr. Lenoir was fantastic! I appreciated the time she spent to get know me as a new patient. She thoughtfully listened to me and provided feedback in professional manner but she was never condescending. She really was wonderful!

If you're looking for a doctor in east bay... keep looking. I don't have time to get into it right now; all I'll say is that I won't be returning to this office for any reason.

She's really fantastic- I had a lot of anxiety finding a new doctor (not a fan of going to the doctor in general), and she addressed that right away and spent a long time talking through everything with me and making sure I felt comfortable with her. Highly recommend!

For my first visit, we got a lot accomplished. There wasn't any unnecessary convincing i had to go through in order for her to understand my currents needs based upon my medical history. Great experience.

I've had a difficult time finding a regular doctor that I like since relocating to the Bay Area. Doctor Lenoir was very thorough in her exam and she asked questions in a way that seemed more oriented to the patient's perspective and understanding of their ailment, rather than a medical professional's perspective That level of effective communication is often a huge barrier between doctor and patient, so I appreciate very much when I find a medical professional who is able to bridge that divide.
