I walked in the office early before my scheduled appointment. I receptionist had no idea of my appointment. Copied my insurance card and ID and told me that I would be called. 45 minutes later, nothing. I cancelled. No apology given. Facial expression days "oh well" My time is valuable too. Dr Florentine is wonderful. His staff, not so much.
