Visit was great! I went for my child's 3-yr check-up, and this was my first time with this office. I loved the child friendly office setup; it immediately made my child feel comfortable and relaxed. The nurse who assisted us was fantastic and had great manner.

Waiting time wasn't long ; taken back quick. Dr is very thorough with his exam not trying to rush us out but actually taking the time to see my child. Answers every concern & question I have. My son loves his Dr. & the MA's ; they are very attentive/patient with him.

Dr. Ponniah Mohan is a board certified pediatrician with over forty years experience in treating children in private practice.
Dr. Mohan attended and completed his medical school training at Madras Medical University in India. He subsequently completed his specialty training in Pediatrics at the University of Madurai in India and at the Royal College of Physicians in London, England. He completed a residency in Pediatrics at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Mohan has served in numerous professional and academic positions during his career, including academic appointments and department chairmanships. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
When Dr. Mohan is not caring for children in his practice, he enjoys traveling around the world, and experiencing new cultures with his wife.

Very pleased, they were quick and great with my child, the doctor was great and answered all my questions. My child loves coming to the doctor and feels very comfortable. I will continue to bring my child to First Pediatrics.
