Dr Selvakumar has just joined the practice of Dr Sangwan and is accepting new patients. She brings over 12 years of experience, almost 10 years of it in the Bay Area at Mills Peninsula Medical Center and Marin General Hospital.
She enjoys the practice of medicine and creating connections with her patients. She can manage acute care, chronic conditions, as well as helping patients on their path to wellness. She lives in San Mateo with her husband and daughters.

Dr Pradeepa was very competent and caring . During my check up it seemed that my blood pressure was very high and she seemed genuinely concerned , and guided me very well on the next steps . She suggested the right labs / further tests to diagnose the root cause .
Thanks to her suggestions , my BP has been keeping well since I started taking the suggested medicine .

Dr. Selvakumar is the kindest doctor I've had. She is a great primary care doctor in the area. The whole office was welcoming when you walk in, and Dr. Selvakumar made me feel like she cared about getting to know me and my medical history. She takes her time with you and wants to give you the best diagnosis/treatment. I would highly recommend her.

I made this appointment for myself and my wife the day before. We are new to the area and wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The office was nice and tidy and had a home-ly feel to it. The staff members were great and checked us in immediately. One of the staff members (Gary?) brought me into the room to start the visit (taking vital signs, going through history, etc etc. normal medical stuff)
Dr. Selvakumar greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable immediately. She took her time and got to know me and it didn't feel rushed at all. I can safely say that this was probably one of my best doctor visits! Would definitely recommend her to others as well!
