Doctor that has been my physician for the past 10 years or so. And I can't think of a better doctor that personally takes interest of your health issues how much going on with you personally. And his staff a wonderful young, brilliant excellent, and job Worthy and taking care of you until doctor Bhatt see you and when he does he come straight to the point.

Brushed away my issue saying it is nothing; did not mention that an additional add-on to the annual blood would void it from being classified as an "annual". Moreover, I had to go a different doctor to for the same issue again that identified the real issue and prescribed medicines that worked.

Genuine and honest... the whole staff is really nice and caring. It is a very popular office because walk ins are allowed; but they always take appointments first, so I never wait long.

The visit was fast and I really appreciated. But the prescribed medicine was a wide-spectrum antibiotic. I expected more specific antibiotics after some test of the bacteria strain as that med was not generally recommended for this and disrupted my digestion quite a bit. Also, the symptom did not go away after the med. I hope more precise diagnosis would be given next time.

I am very relaxed when discussing my medical issues with Dr. Bhatt, he is easy to communicate with and most informative. However the front office somehow is always under staffed and overbooked with phones ringing off the hook....need some help there.

There is only one person at the front desk and she's getting calls and basically doing everything. They seem to be under staffed. I waited more than an hour. I was there for annual checkup the doctor did not tell me what kind of blood tests he was going to give me or discussed any thing in details.

Zocdoc suggested this doctor for what I needed so I made an appointment but this doctor didn't specialize in what I wanted done. I waited for over an hour just to be sent away. Pretty frustrating.

Great, caring doctor. Took the time to help diagnose my injury and offer medicine & referral to get an X-ray, etc. Would recommend him to others.
Only complaint is I waited over an hour (even though I arrived before my scheduled appointment). It wasn't clear when booking that this was an urgent care clinic, which means many more people in the waiting room & extra delays.

Doctor was not even in the office when I arrived, only showing up 30 minutes later. Zocdoc precheck in was not accepted, so I still ended up filling out all the forms. The office was unorganized and unpleasant. I will not return.

There was no benefit of booking an appointment for his clinic. The place was a bit shabby and after more than an hour of waiting, all we got were 5 mins where he did not give us a chance or didn't have time to let us share full information on my health stats.
I wouldn't recommend him esp for people who value time.
