They cancelled my appointment two hours before I was supposed to be seen. Earlier that day, the office sent two confirmation texts and called to confirm my appointment. It was such a shock that they cancelled my appointment so abruptly! Such an inconvenience! And the worst part is that the cancellation was sent through email, with no explanation of why the appointment was cancelled.

I was seen immediately upon arrival. Office had one other patient in waiting room. Office was clean and staff was friendly. Dr. Eleman was extremely attentive asking me a lot of questions. I did not feel rushed during my visit. He continuously asked if I had any other questions or issues I would like to address. He provided me with a few referrals and follow up visits. I was satisfied with my visit.

Horrible experience. I went all the way to the doctor's office just to be told by the receptionist that the doctor that I booked through Zocdoc is only for Primary Care purposes and not a Dermatologist. Clinic never called me to let me know or at least to give me the heads up before showing up for no reason!

I switched from another doctor who discouraged discussing acute or chronic issues with a sign demanding that each issue be a separate appointment. What a breath of fresh air to have a doctor who wanted to know all of my questions, and addressed each of them. He'll be my permanent PCP now.

I went in for an annual physical as a new patient. The doctor did not ask me one question. He checked my back and chest with the stethoscope and sent me on my way. Needless to say I will not be returning.

This provider is genuine you could feel it & listens carefully for your concerns. He is also very knowledgeable with anything you bring up, which really helped me a lot. I would recommend this doctor but I don’t want him to be burned out jk, worth the drive!!
